  1. Anyone have tried boost Yasaka rubbers?

I put 2 layers of seamoon on my Rakza 7 and my Fastarc G1 and found that the Rakza didn't react much to the booster. The topsheet of the Rakza 7 is too rigid and you can hardly feel the difference on the foam. You risk especially to change the angle of rejection of the rubber.
  2. Boosters for Chinese rubbers

Seamoon is the most popular, you can start with it to have a reference model. The goal here is to make your H3 easier to play, not necessarily more powerful.
  3. Upgrade from Yasaka Sweden Extra to more powerful blade

I just switched from the YSE to the Butterfly Innerforce ALC a few weeks ago and it's been a great power boost for me. The sensations are still present despite the carbon and I had no difficulty in making the transition.
  4. Rubber for nittaku acoustic

In 1995 maybe but actually... I find it better to choose a slower, less dynamic and easier to use rubber with a decent thickness (2mm or more) rather than trying to tie up a too fast rubber by choosing a ridiculously thin thickness. Rozena is actually THE rubber for begginer / intermediate...
  5. Which backhand rubber for my Yasaka Sweden Extra blade?

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. What about the Vega X?
  6. Help: Need recommendation for new equipment

Are You 100% sure about that ? The H3 is old version or Neo ? I want to upgrade my setup and I try to collect as much information as possible on how coaches in China equip their players. Thank you
  7. What is blade best for loop and control

Hello everyone Sorry to dig up this topic but I would like to know if your opinion has changed since then and which blade among those mentioned would you recommend now?
  8. Table tennis vs badminton - which is more popular

We can consider ourselves lucky to have them. Only 200,000 players in a country of over 67 million people... that's not a lot. And our training philosophy is very archaic, most players don't know anything about what's going on abroad (equipment, competition, technique, training, etc...) and...
  9. Table tennis vs badminton - which is more popular

In France it's 200 000 for tt against 190 000 for badminton. So...
  10. The best W968 Clones without the W968 price

Actually the Xiom 36.5 Alxi is closer to W968.
  11. Spinny setup

Exactly ! Sorry, my English may be approximate.
  12. Spinny setup

It seems that the blades containing carbon-free composite fiber are in a way an improved version of the Petr Korbel and its monstrous in rotation like the Xiom Hugo HAL or the Butterfly ZLF for example. Could you compare? 😀
  13. Advice for intermediate player needed

Rakza 7 Soft is 40° but yes, Rozena with 45° will be perfect too, same hardness as Fastarc C-1.
  14. Advice for intermediate player needed

Hi, I was in exactly the same situation as you a few months ago. I was able to test a lot of woods and rubbers and here are my recommendations: If your forehand gesture resembles that of the Chinese do not ask yourself any questions and try a DHS Hurricane 3 or a hybrid rubber (Rakza Z, Dignics...
  15. Follow up from BH Advice (Xiom Vega Europe)

Vega Europe shrink a little but Vega Euro DF... just don't try to reglue it. That depend of the rubber. Anyway, Vega Europe is good and durable. The soft top sheet is very cool and addictive. The only problem is that it makes the rubber very unpredictable and it feels like you're not in...
  16. Blade Replacement - Carbon or All Wood ?

I found the Xiom Vega Europe (42.5 ° ESN) too soft so I didn't dare to choose the Rakza 7 Soft (40 ° ESN). But maybe that's because the Vega Europe topsheet is soft too. And then it's just a matter of adaptation, at worst there are ways to soften a rubber. 🤭
  17. Blade Replacement - Carbon or All Wood ?

The discussion deviated completely. 😁 Personally, here is why I opted for a hybrid rubber rather than a Chinese H3 Neo: 1. I think I started playing with Chinese rubber too late. I would have liked to have been offered them when I started table tennis. 2. My coach (N ° 1 in my region, who...
  18. Blade Replacement - Carbon or All Wood ?

Hello, In the hope that this thread can help other players, here is an update of my situation after receiving your various tips and of course with my personal research. I managed to target my taste in equipment and find a solution for every aspect from the equipment reviews. Concerning the...
  19. Yasaka Rakza Z and Rakza Z Extra Hard rubbers

Hello, Can we consider the Rakza Z as an alternative to the H3 Neo (unboosted) if our forehand lacks impact (unfortunately I didn't have Ma Long's forehand ...)? I love the sticky feeling of the H3 Neo but it's too slow (when I can't get into the ball) and too exhausting for me.
  20. Viscaria with more control

Petr Korbel has a super thin handle compared to Viscaria. A Tibhar Stratus Power Wood would be a perfect mix between the handle of the viscaria and the composition of the Korbel.
