Hey ITTV people....
...and people in charge of wanting this sport to be taken seriously. I was checking out
some of the singles games they have up there online.
A snooker table is a little less than 12 feet by 6 feet. A TT table is 9 feet by 5 feet. Similar size. I would like to see the...
Cheers for the feedback. I have no problem with alternative equipment. In fact I'm looking forward to defeating it. My learning process is a lot of observation and mimicking then adapting it to my style if it fits. This is why I was hoping to find a club level video to observe.
I agree - a good...
Hi TTD players.
Raise your hand if you are tired of being defeated by equipment that you haven't trained against enough;). I'll raise mine first.
What I'd like to ask is if there is a definitive guide out there for strategy against pips players? From serve to rally.
I understand that the...
The game that I'm waiting for is the TT VR game with a force feedback and tracked bat controller that
obeys racket angle, spin and real time footwork.
*edit damn - looks like it's out there. It can only get better. Imagine if they got the pros captured and
put into a decent game...
First thought was "why isn't Dan looping as hard as in the rubber/blade reviews?". (For selfish reasons. Needed more points scored from Dan;)
There was a decent loop at 1:58 though.
Ordered some from TTnPP. Looking forward to hitting with them. If they play like the NP40+ I won't have to adapt much. I just hope that the local clubs get rid of those nasty STAG 40+ balls.
Couple of years of blatant obviousness knocking on their heads, but good
news nonetheless...

Guarantee they all know eachothers weak spots and will use the knowledge in major tournaments. When my bh sucked beans people at the club would all whisper (especially doubles) then I'd get a barrage of shots to my bh. Argg.
ML's mental game is super tough. Look how that yellow card not only did nothing to his
game. He actually played around with it, still wiping the table as much as he wanted.
He was fighting 2 mental battles at the same time ;)
I was watching a few of the 2017 Swiss Open matches. Have a look at this incredible point by Mizutani and Freitas.

I have to admit, seeing the length, width and speed that they play at got me charged up enough to want to
post this thread.
Well done.
Garrison - yes you may have a good point. The better player might switch up one gear. They may have been playing at 75% for the first part. Which brings it to MDP's point. You have to make it difficult for them to take the game over. That has to involve increasing risk which could go either way...
