  1. dignics 09c vs dignics 05

you won't really overshoot, but they play quite different.
  2. dignics 09c vs dignics 05

I am playing with Dignics09C on FH and Dignics05 on BH. but of course, also tried vice-versa. Dignics05 is faster and way bouncier than Dignics09C, but D09c has more gears, mostly because it is not as bouncy and you can play nice and easy, slowly. you can with D05, too, of course, but more care...
  3. Lightest and most sticky hard hibrid rubber ?

how is stickiness compared to Dignics09c?
  4. Lightest and most sticky hard hibrid rubber ?

sorry, I haven’t played with this rubber, yet …
  5. Double Fish Dragon (1, 2, 3) Blades Review by Yogibear

why not? I love his content (and your’s, too, to be honest), but his reviews helped me so many times …
  6. Xiom Ice Cream blades, AZX Review

well, I didn't play with AZX Pro but with AZXi Pro and Dignics09c is really good on this blade, the only problem is that the blade is ultra heavy, and the whole combo goes up to 200g ... and then I grab a blade that has 188g and everything seems so much easier ...
  7. Xiom new collection (2025)

yes, I agree … the C5X.X range has really poor durability. I had C55 for maybe 10 days before I tore it on misjudged stroke, but it was looking already quite bad. I don’t think it would survive more than a month more of playing. C52.5 is the same - got it exactly to see, if I maybe got a bad...
  8. The intricacies of gyroscopic device to blow out my mind. Wow!

again ... you don't play much table tennis, do you?
  9. Dignics 09c vs dignics 05

with all due respect, and I have a lot for your work (which I am very grateful for) but ... you are a bit wrong here ... at least when speaking about 2.1 thickness rubber, D05 has tons of dwell. more than D09c. I love a good dwell rubber, but, at least on BH, D05 has too much. might be blade...
  10. Xiom new collection (2024)

in apparel department, there’s nothin like H&M sport t-shirts. and a local firm making mainly leggings for ladies, but also make awesome men’s shorts. and that is my combo. I also prefer subdued color schemes so … table tennis apparel is quite shiny colourful happy people style. 😂
  11. Xiom new collection (2024)

I did try Rising Dragon, but it need some boosting, but after boosting sponge cracked - literally. I gor Rakza Z EH now to try, will put it in backup blade with regular Rakza Z. main blade remains to be Dignics09c on both sides.
  12. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

ah, ok, that changes things a bit ... 😁 I would still say all-wood is still a must for beginners, exactly from the point of what I said - to learn to produce your own power. but I do agree that switch to carbon blade could be happening earlier in modern table tennis than it happened when I was...
  13. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

uf … to be completely honest with you - we shouldn’t be having this discussion … you need an all-wood blade with some slow(er) rubbers. so you can learn how to create your own power. own speed and spin … i.e., a kid in our club, 11 years old, plays with Petr Korbel, Tibhar MX-P on FH and...
  14. Xiom An JaeHyun TMXi blades + Jykell & Hyde Z/H review

TMXi and HAL, speed wise, are actually quite similar. also control. the feel and vibration are quite different, though. if TMXi is not so problematic with rubbers, I have a feeling that with HAL it has to be harder rubber. D09c pairs wonderfully with HAL, J&H, harder versions, 52.5 hardness...
  15. K3 VIP? 59 degree sponge

ah, okay, I didn't understand you correctly, ESN hybrids, not ESN in general, got it! but you have a lot of contact with K3 - is it really that bad, durability wise?
  16. Any blades still in production similar to Xiom Hugo HAL or Butterfly Moonbeam?

I totally feel you! I used to be - the blade has to be 90g or more ... but then hybrids came and rubber weight went up. the whole combo ended in 200g range, sometimes even over. lastly I played AZXi, blade 91g and whole combo was 200g. and then same rubbers on HAL, 84g, 185 total weight - and I...
  17. K3 VIP? 59 degree sponge

K3 is the most successful one? not MX-P or Yasaka 7/9? I always thought it would be one of these ... China Guang was 55 and was amazing to play with ... while it lasted. and it lasted about a month, had it for about 2 weeks on FH, then realised it amazing for BH, too and had it on BH for two...
  18. Any blades still in production similar to Xiom Hugo HAL or Butterfly Moonbeam?

haha, ok, can I send this to the importer for Slovenia? maybe I get one HAL as a token of respect for my praise of the blade. 🙈
