    There are boosters available in the market, e.g. from the company Haifu or Falco or ... After letting the rubber dry for 1 to 2 days you put the glue on the sponge and glue it to the racket as usual.     HL5 stands for Hurricane Long 5. BBXGXHF is the serial number which links to a date of manufacture. 128 is the batch of that specific production.

    Generally, Chinese rubbers have lost their mid- to long-term tackiness. Glued freshly they are tacky. If you play them for a couple of hours they lose their tackiness but they stay grippy.
