    it's a thing really, I am talking on my own exp, in the amateur leagues that I am playing, changes in balls/tables/lighting may affect the performance in some degrees (I perform worse with seamless ball as a H3 player). Pros may adapt well but does not mean they are not affected - even 3-5%...

    the pros they have 4-5 blades of the same name, an average amateur mostly has the same number of blades but with different brands, composition, with many more different rubbers. talk about variables and combination matrices..

    I was told these are exclusive versions for provincial teams, these are leaked from the teams themselves. A few months ago they were even experiencing shortages that I couldn't order my favorite H8-710s sponge :p

    this might interested you: National version of H8-80 which can be ordered from Taobao mall :p I haven't ordered it but based on my exp with Provincial H8 - these versions plays on a much higher level than commercial

    Chinese rubber BH is a fun style but hard to master - taking advantage of its "dead sponge" to kill opponent's force, and generate uncomfortable spins. I enjoyed H8 on BH a lot (mine comes with sponge code 710s since H8-80 is a bit soft for my BH)
