this is true, most high players in my area are 1 wing looper with D09c on FH, only me used it on BH because I am 2 wings

I saw one video where ZJK said beginners should not use outer alc - so IMO if you want to develop skills, use a slower blade, then you can upgrade to faster blade. In my case, I used an outer alc blade then got immediately improvement when switching to an inner blade - it gave me more control...

that's correct, you have to put much more effort for the ball to land. My game switched from BH controlled/block into active flicking and power topspin. That rubber forces you to be better.

IMO an inner carbon blade would suit FH-oriented players much better do to longer dwell time. You can try any inner carbon in your area. (in case you're out of options, the commercial Long 5 is not bad, really)

everyone's blades feels better than your own.. you have to take that blade to play some serious tournaments. Only then you will know.
