I think the problem is more their potential lack of motivation rather than skill they choose coaching because they can't find a job outside TT, but they don't enjoy teaching old ladies or amateurs. At least they'd rather coach promising kids. But thats not where the most $$ is to be made..

there are just too many good players and coaches here. Supply and demand. but also you have to think in Yen terms. Yen is very weak against Euro so if you come here in Japan, most things will seem cheap to you...except perhaps French wine or cheese because of transportation costs and various...
