  1. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Absolutely, I am focused on optimal performance. I would never recommend something that is not optimal performance to anyone. I will never train anyone in any sport and provide advice that limits them. Shot quality is a shot's effectiveness, based on speed, spin, depth, and placement. This is...
  2. Nittaku fastarc G-1 is a good rubber? if yes is better for fh or bh?

G1 is great on both FH and BH. People tend to have weaker BH so they might jump to the T05 as an example to get that little extra power they might lack in the smaller stroke action of the BH. Just think of the G1 as a user-friendly version of the T05. Your current setup is also good. My mate...
  3. Why does my bat feel heavy

If it is like the Viscaria super compared to the normal Viscaria, it feels heavy because the weight is more in the head of the blade. Then you put heavy rubbers on it, and it just makes it feel heavy and your swing slow.
  4. Need help finding a backhand rubber that is as good or better than fastarc g1

Personally, I glue the rubber on and lightly weigh it down overnight before I cut it. Never have issues with rubber shrinking. It might be worth trying when you are glueing to avoid this happening again. I do it to make sure the edge is glued down properly so the cutting itself does not damage...
  5. Lack of spin and consistency, Hurricane III or just me?

I see 3 things for you to look at. 1) Your blade. With the new heavy ball, all-wood is a nightmare with the H3. You need carbon in your blade; otherwise, the ball dies on you. The H3 itself gives you control... more power from the blade itself will help your game with the H3. 2) I see you...
  6. Good JPEN rubbers (budget)

Difficult price range. I would normally say the Fastacr G1 or Rakza 7, but I think they will be slightly more expensive. The Friendship battle 2/3 might work for you.
  7. New Cybershape from STIGA

I doubled with a Cybershape player a few weeks back....felt like a madman with an axe playing next to me!!!
  8. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

I know right. It is a strange comparison
  9. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Try looping with long pips.........this is like saying try looping without a blade because I can assure you, it is a lot easier to loop without a rubber than without a blade.... Anyways. pointless comparing different styles of rubbers to performance.
  10. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Don't confuse playing style with performance. The rubber absolutely is the key to your playing style. If you are a flat hitter, you select a rubber for this; if you are a defensive player, you pick a rubber for this; if you are a looper, you pick a rubber for your style. But you pick the blade...
  11. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Because a dead blade is slow and lacks feeling as well..... like the G09C...
  12. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

I think people mix up performance vs playing style. The rubber dictates the style of game you will play.
  13. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

I have never tried them on an all-wood but In this scenario, the biggest performance-limiting factor is the players, not the equipment.
  14. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Personally, I would recommend either the Timo Boll For a beginner wanting to use the 09C, I would go with Mid-Fast blades. Yasaka Ma Li (my favourite beginner blade that goes all the way to pro.....love this blade with Rakza 7s or Rakza 7 soft on the FH), Timo Boll ALC, Viscaria (I use this, it...
  15. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Yep, if you are just self playing as a casual player then just get a setup that works for the game style that you enjoy playing. More about fun rallies then winning.
  16. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

These hard sponges need blades that transfer power. Rubber absolutely dictates the style of game you play, but we are talking performance. If you want performance you need a top blade.
  17. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

For me beginners are better off spending on a high quality blade that gives them excellent feel and performance and if you want to slow them down then control focused rubbers but I would rather start them on a Rakza 7 as an example on a high end blade. I prefer the Chinese way of starting with a...
  18. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

Yep, low level players do not hit through the rubber to get the blade effect are more influenced by the rubber. Rubbers influence style of game etc, but the blade is what makes the difference when you want all out performance.
  19. What makes more difference - rubbers or blades

You get better performance out of a Glazyer 09C with a good blade then you will out of a Dig 09C on a dead blade.
  20. Beginner ALL+/OFF- ~50$ blade with the most potential – yet another blade recommendat

Ma Lin Offensive blade. Not sure what dollars you are talking about so might fall into your price range. It is an excellent blade that will work with you as you develop. I got this for both my kids and it really helps there game and I also love hitting with it. Great feel and has the power for...
