  1. Singapore Smash 2026, Singapore, 2/19-3/1

the umpires have been outstanding, and IMO because they have been calling foul serves, most of the male pro who mostly serve illegally most of the time have been serving much cleaner. this just proves they are all cheats to be quite frank i think there has still been a lot of head shielding on...
  2. The old serve rules

Good to strict umpiring at Singapore Smash, and the use of TTR! Male service looks a lot cleaner than any pro tournament I have watched for years!
  3. Victas V15 Sticky vs Xiom Omega 8 Hybrid

Victas V15 sticky is an excellent modern hybrid. I think it's the best one I have tried. Very reliable and predictable! Has loads of spin!
  4. 2 blades exactly the same for long matches and bad conditions!

Absolutely sure, others adapt better as it gets humid. My spin becomes less effective, my short pips are harder to use and everyone else seems better at hitting though the ball without spin than me. It feels like lesser players get better, which is really stupid, it is a problem that has been...
  5. 2 blades exactly the same for long matches and bad conditions!

no the blade and rubbers are fine, but they don't play the same at end of night as start even with cleaning!
  6. 2 blades exactly the same for long matches and bad conditions!

Hi I have done this a few times in the past. I think it is a very good idea. My level drops very badly in cold and even more so in humid conditions! Looking back over 30 years most of my unexpected wins come in first or second match of local league or in the morning at tournaments, most of...

    ABS balls killed it!!
  8. Blades for short pimples

But we have to take in to account Pong Professor you're almost certainly a better player than the guys asking the questions (myself included). Your pip skills are very good, and I am not even mentioning your fh loops!
  9. Blades for short pimples

So my input is this! Assuming the short pips are going on your bh, it depends what you want and what you can do with your fh. If you have very good technique on fh 7 ply wood is fantastic for pips bh or solid carbon like boll alc or viscaria. Personally think Falck is absolute garbage...
  10. Backhand short pips hitters: A simple yet dominating playstyle?

short pips will be awesome on fextra if your fh can cope with it! I am currently using IF ALC with Waran 2 and that is an excellent combination!

  12. Cleanest serves in Table Tennis - Benedikt Duda

I think Calderano shields with his head a lot and sometimes his arm!!
  13. Cleanest serves in Table Tennis - Benedikt Duda

I think that Benedikt Duda might have the cleanest forehand serves I have ever seen at international, national or even good local player level. It is my opinion that the rules are supposed to be interpreted in the way he serves. He throws the ball up and gets his arm well out of the way early...
  14. V>15 Sticky: Finally !!

I think it is more stable and predictable! A bit more of you get out what you put in. You don't suddenly get a really fast or flat ball. I personally think it's spinnier than those 2. But it is definitely more stable. I suspect the victas sponge is just better quality!!
  15. V>15 Sticky: Finally !!

I think V15 sticky needs more love! It is an excellent hybrid. Everything you wanted K3 and Xiom 8 China to be!
  16. Spinlord Waran II

I have tried loads of short pips. Just saying these are amazing! Blocking and hitting and pushing is insane for a SP!
  17. Spinlord Waran II

I have just converted to Waran 2! This is on my new Innerforce Layer ALC They are awesome, why did I not switch years ago! I am still in the honeymoon period though!
  18. Daily Table Tennis Chit Chat

I did it! I bought an Innerforce Layer ALC! Last blade I ever buy, beg, borrow or steal!
