  1. I recorded myself

Okay, As I tried to say in other thread, your footwork, positioning and stance are completely off. Without stable form and certain distance from the ball, it’s unlikely to execute a decent shot. I believe your coach already explained correct form, just try to do even with simplest ball against...
  2. I recorded myself

Hello @PenHoldSandro, What are you expecting to hear from us by analyzing your video? These are not match videos or any serious training drills to pin point issues. It seems you are fresh beginner, and there are lot to cover, that your coach can do better.
  3. Medium hard rubber for backhand

You described hybrid rubbers but they generally lacks in drive (when it compared to tensors esp tenergy) My opinion, You will miss tenergy 19, maybe you could try d09c which is quite expensive. Or you may try rakza z.
  4. I recorded myself

Firstly as I know you have already a coach, it's better to just stick to his/her teachings. secondly, don't get discouraged but also don't try too hard at beginning, the basics mechanics and ball feeling are essentials, they should be mastered first. Thirdly, this place seems very narrow, I...
  5. boosting .. when again

H3 blue and seamoon booster from tt11 D09c from butterfly.nl (which is dandoy) Prott.vip seems cheaper but shipping :/ also it charms me to buy w968
  6. boosting .. when again

No, still using D09c, I may go back to H3 but D09c is so convenient :) no need to boost, reboost, glue etc. also more resilient to humidity.
  7. boosting .. when again

Thanks, I thought so, my bad I should've start with that. Currently using D09c but until 3-4 months ago, I've used use H3.
  8. boosting .. when again

No, I boost H3 to make similar hardness with D09c. Not boost D09c. But of course, I've boosted worn out non-Chinese rubbers as well for just testing.
  9. boosting .. when again

You can measure rubber hardness by a cheap durometer, I usually re-boost within 2-3 months, initial re-boost is 1-2 layer depending on hardness. (trying to match D09c hardness) then again after 2-3 months 2nd reboost happens. It all depends on your liking and playing hours, storing paddle etc...
  10. Tips for the backhand loop technique

TLDR: 1- fix shoulder and elbow as pivot, not power source 2- maintain weight in front whole time. then you're good to go. I've found randomly a BH shot of yours, when we play in slow mo: 1. backswing 2. swing 3. just hit the ball 4. after you hit it seems that your elbow rising a lot...
  11. How to improve timing?

Actually this man has another great video about this topic but I couldn’t find again. Just perfectly explains timing and winding by switching between close table drive to far loop. Here is the bilibili link (chrome doens't support subtitle translation you may try other browsers like safari etc)...
  12. Can you help me understand how it is possible to join the main league of the country in which a person lives?

I guess you want to play table tennis properly, not make it your profession (at least yet). Firstly try to find a proper club by stretching your possibilities. (1 hour road etc)
  13. How to improve timing?

Yeah, without showing on table, most of things lost in translation, it's better to stick with your coach and be patient.
  14. Setup Question Long 5 + Rubbers??

I have a backup, the FB carbon with old rubbers same with main, same structure, same brand, similar weight. Of course, I'm not pro, I don't think I need spend twice to have a spare racket I will use %1-2 of time as € 180 blade and € 140 rubbers. Unless my racket is broken or rubbers detach from...
  15. How to improve timing?

As stated you above, you have a big windup, so start from scratch. Firstly perfect in drive, then mini loop, then loop, then bigger counter loop at distance. Also I'm guessing your back swing is excessive and you are far too close to table that the balls' peak point passes you. Even Ma Long...
  16. Setup Question Long 5 + Rubbers??

Yeah, I hear the same but don't bother IMO. No way, HL 5 can't be fast as Primorac Carbon. Best option you may go is Acoustic like 5ply soft blade, but I don't think even it will improve your game drastically. I wish I had W968, I was thinking to buy Q968 prov. as backup (vice-versa) but no...
  17. Setup Question Long 5 + Rubbers??

I have some other blades in using order: Acoustic (SG Handle), Fang Bo Carbon, Long 3, Yasaka Sweden Extra, Stiga infinity, Yasaka Ma Lin Extra Offensive, Stiga Rosewood, Avalox 555, Timo Boll Alc, Primorac Carbon (black tag) etc I've played with all of them at least 6 months. I'm using FB...
  18. How do i start my table tennis career in india

yeah, by bad, also I don't like 'limiting' ppl. Updated as disadvantaged.
  19. How do i start my table tennis career in india

Unfortunately, you are very disadvantaged by your starting age for professional route. I feel you, hearing that sucks. When I was around 10-11 training tennis for 2 years, my coach said “you are really good, if you had started 2-3 years ago, you might joined national cadet/candidate teams”...
  20. Will Butterfly give LSD his own blade?

https://butterflyonline.com/players/lin-shidong/?srsltid=AfmBOooHGsbLF6NzfF1Ews1rq8eywV5IV5D36oT4zUdZZ1jLdE1gPFWr In web site, it shows already a custom alc, probably it's on production or they are waiting one more championship to release.
