  1. Trip to China-Shanghai training 2014

Not really a diet, just try to eat healthy to keep up strength for training. Always a lot of rice and noodles in China but personally I like the food in China so many different things to try!
  2. Trip to China-Shanghai training 2014

Hi Krispy,to be honest I didn't have any coaches or trainers there. It was just good training with strong players and intense hard work! But the good players punish your mistakes or poor shots so you learn quickly to play with more quality on each ball. And anchorschmidt the kids were good but...

Hi guys, Thanks for all the comments and questions! 7. Butterfly Tenergy 80 FX Rubber Review

Hey dude its Tom here! I think the 80fx would be a good swap from the 05fx I've tried both with Dan and the 80fx will give you a softer feeling and is probably slightly easier to spin with away from the table compared to the 05fx. To be honest the difference between the tenergy series of rubbers...
  8. Stiga Infinity VPS Blade Review

Hey Massa, I would say becasue the TBS has carbon in it, its a little faster and the vps has slightly more control as an all wood blade. However I don't think its a huge difference and the vps has a great feeling. If you put tenergy on it I think it would be a great combination, fast enough for...

  12. Is Fan Zhendong really 16?

Hi guys, yes as Dan said I met Fan Zhendong when I went to China in the summer. We spent the evening out in Beijing with him and several other players from the area. He did seem to me that he was around 16/17 to be honest. Although his legs are huge and he behaves pretty mature I think this is...
  13. TableTennisDaily's Trick shot Entry!

Is it me or is there something strange going on with the views for the top 6 videos? The TableTennisDaily video between 15k - 22k views for the first 3 weeks and now suddenly has 155k views and other videos with very few views have suddenly jumped up to 160k+ views, seems very odd to me!?

  16. Sharing my experience in China

Hi sebas-aguirre, the sleeping rooms for the local chinese players are really bad! It's the picture you can see, 4 players in each room, very small, dirty, smell bad and have nothing in them. All the foreign players staying here like me are in a hotel which is much better than the rooms of the...
