I find butterfly free chack the best and it doesn't change the size of the rubber :)

yeah I think its good that Timo Boll is going to prepare himself for the Olympics. He can get use to how the Chinese play and it will put him in great shape. However on the downside they may get use to his game. It can work both ways

Thats exactly right, there is no specific handle which is better or worse to be honest its all down to what each player feels comfortable with, so find the one that fits you best and stick with it. For me it AN just seems to fit my hand well and i have a comfortable grip :)

I agree, he has lost speed and other skills you have when younger so he has become a wiley old fox with clever serves :p

I love Werner Schlager he is sooo good, his stlye is really good to watch becasue he can stay clost to the table and counter everything early but he is also really good at topspin topspin away from the table ! :)

I would try the thicker t64 first as the thicker sponge will give you the catapult you want, if its still not right for you then maybe try a softer rubber as others suggested. From personal experience I have found that hexer or maybe an fx version of tenergy would be the best :)
