  1. Switching from Tenergy 05 to H3 Neo

Throughout my entire journey in table tennis, I have been using Tenergy 05 and Dignics 09c. Previously I used 09c for my forehand side because I had not learned RPB then but a while back I switched 09c for BH and Tenergy for FH. I got the provincial version (blue sponge). I know Tenergy and...

  3. Ideas for alternative Nittaku Sieger PK50

you can try Yasaka Rakza 7. I have not tried Glyzer 09c but I do currently use Dignics 09c it has a tacky surface and feels great for effort = speed you can get a secondhand one and try it to see if you like it. but it wont be the same as a new one. Dignics 09C is not exactly similar to...
  4. What is this move that Xu Xin does?

Iv always wondered what xu xin does in these clips, he just whips his hand around the ball. I think it is a strawberry flick, but it does not seem like one. I have seen so many matches where Xu Xin uses this to get a point right after the serve, he uses it like a forehand flick. I thought this...

  7. I recorded myself

Also I’m not someone you should take advice from. You seem to be way older than me so you should be able to work things out with your coach. Also is your coach ittf certified? It does not matter tbh. Tbh I agree with upside down carl. You are spending too much time getting theory on different...
  8. I recorded myself

You don’t have a proper forehand form so trying to loop without knowing how to counter hit will slow your progress and with your current form of forehand you will injure yourself
  9. I recorded myself

I looked at the threads of Sandro and he seemed like a pretty good player because of the theory he had. It was a bit shocking for me to see that he is still just a newbie :) Btw was the advice I gave him valid? I want to know from other people too

  20. Is super zlc too fast for me?

I did get the FZD SZLC which is almost the same as ZJK SZLC but a bit slower with more control. Even in the ttd video where dan reviewed the ZJK SZLC he said it felt like a sheet of carbon. its not too fast some people just don't like that feeling and it is harder to control the ball with it...
