  1. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

    Is this the LAC Pro?
  2. Hurricane 3 + protective films

I purposely try to avoid glue on the edges of the blade. If it bonds to the glue on the faces, you risk tearing off the glue on the outer perimeters of the faces when removing edge tape. Have happened to me too many times..
  3. (ST) Straight handle — Which pro players use ST?

Both Miikka O’Connor and Otto Tennilä from Pongfinity uses ST. They call themselves professionals, take that information as you wish
  4. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

Pro as in the 9035(P)L version?
  5. My Top 10 best ALL+/OFF- (low intermediate) table tennis blades in 2026

You’re going to need to add number of votes for each blade, and rank them thereafter. Without it, this will just turn into a large list of (mostly) popular blades. If you’re narrowing the list down to ALL…OFF-, then there are a lot of blades that are too fast in my opinion. Andro Timber 5 OFF...
  6. Review Yinhe Moon 12 Blue

Can anyone compare the Moon Speed 53 to the Moon 12? The last four sheets of M12 I've ordered have the new top sheet (M- and M+). I second it being grippier, and having a more rich blue color. The old top sheet was ever so slightly paler. It does seem that the new version (top sheet) is...
  7. The third blade in the Tiro series will be launched in 2026

Hopefully they will continue with the larger size of handles as on Echo and Parla? :)
  8. TT bag with individual compartments for rackets?

Does such a thing exist? Like this, but for TT blades: Or like this:
  9. [Equipment Guide] Best First Intermediate Table Tennis Rubbers in 2026: A Comprehensive List & Analysis

I only have experience with the regular Aurus, which I would suggest for intermediates on FH. The sponge is 47, but the top sheet is soft so it feels softer than most 47 degree rubbers.
  10. [Equipment Guide] Best First Intermediate Table Tennis Rubbers in 2026: A Comprehensive List & Analysis

I tried it in the winter here in Norway, so the issue was certainly not humidity! A guy I know who also coaches beginners and intermediates tried it and agreed with my assessment. Aurus.. Maybe a bit bouncy, but definitely not more than Rakza 7.
  11. [Equipment Guide] Best First Intermediate Table Tennis Rubbers in 2026: A Comprehensive List & Analysis

I wasn’t a fan of the Vega Europe.. For me it lacked grip, and I struggled to create spin. Moon 12 M+ is a very good BH rubber for developing IMO. Great grip, easy to use, no tensor effect but enough speed. And very inexpensive. For FH: Tibhar Aurus. Can do everything well, no excessive tensor...
  12. Good cheap blades to buy.

Yinhe U2, U2 spin is supposed to be very good as well. If you add around 5 bucks more you can get the Sanwei Parla, which IMO is stellar for the price.
  13. Central Blade Thread (EJ welcome)

Does the D715 and Pro-01 have the same dimensions on their handles? In shape they look very similar, as far as I can tell from pictures.
  14. Flared handle sizes: Viscaria vs. FZD ALC vs. TB ALC

I've tried the TB ALC in FL (not the Vis or FZD) and I didn't find it unmanageable in terms of size. Not perfect, but viable..
  15. Does anyone buy balls from Ali Express?

We use these too for training. More than good enough for club play IMO.
  16. Flared handle sizes: Viscaria vs. FZD ALC vs. TB ALC

Thank you. Would you say, and I know this might sound like a stupid question but nevertheless, that it has the handle most suited to large hands?
  17. Flared handle sizes: Viscaria vs. FZD ALC vs. TB ALC

If anyone have or have tried all three, could you please give me some input on which of these have the largest handle? Or the handle most suitable for larger hands?
  18. Compare rubber H3 and Jupiter 3

Have you considered Dig Dipper 38? Also very good on BH IMO. Easier to use than J3, I think.
  19. Downgrading from FX-P

So you feel this change was a step in the right direction, I hope? :)
  20. Do Butterfly blades need sealing?

Butterfly factory seal/treat their blades - at least for the Japan made ones. I remember reading somewhere where a guy had contacted BTY about this, and posted the reply he got. The gist of it was that it is treated some way (I think it said waxed actually), and they did not recommend to further...
