Ok I glued some chinese rubbers on my yinhe blade. wet glue. lots of it. 1 layer on blade and 1 on rubber. put it under pressure for 4 hours. glue came out on the sides. easy to remove. I took the rubbers off to see if it was still wet after 4 hours. nope. totally dried. It was as attached...

In the end I feel a difference. for some reason or another. besides the weight difference. Muffled is the only word I have to describe it. I think there has been some interesting ideas as to how and why in this thread.

I really like this rubber too for same reasons you described. To me, its better than Big Dipper, loki arthur china. might be same or better than DHS GA8 in how it feels. And that says a lot. I do however still love my Hybrid K3 more as it has much more to offer. But hey, not bad for 12$ sheet.

doesnt the air in the jar dry the glue? I am imagining a glass jar with metal screw lid on top. you buy these in supermarkets with food inside etc. I like the idea of the jar. if its what I think it is and it works. just ordered those above sponges. thank you.

when you did the wet method did you destroy the blade? felt any difference in the play?

I think the glue dries up fast enough to not damage the wooden blade. the tape thing.... you might be right as logically it doesnt make sense the difference I feel from it. I cant explain it rationally.

ok ill try with wood to rubber tomorrow then. should take 13 hours to complete if following the german videos guidelines. I like the idea of letting the glue itself spread out evenly under little pressure. I cant see why this wouldn't bond as well as the dry method in my mind since either...

am I to understand you didnt glue it on an wooden racket right? ill be gluing rubber to a racket tomorrow using the wet method myself to see how this goes.
