    In the end I feel a difference. for some reason or another. besides the weight difference. Muffled is the only word I have to describe it. I think there has been some interesting ideas as to how and why in this thread.

    that says a lot considering he gets them for free haha. but yes I get it. maybe it IS in my mind partly then as to me its not a small difference. I did put tape on 1/3rd at the risk areas and found that fine. but the whole blade. nope.

    I really like this rubber too for same reasons you described. To me, its better than Big Dipper, loki arthur china. might be same or better than DHS GA8 in how it feels. And that says a lot. I do however still love my Hybrid K3 more as it has much more to offer. But hey, not bad for 12$ sheet.

    doesnt the air in the jar dry the glue? I am imagining a glass jar with metal screw lid on top. you buy these in supermarkets with food inside etc. I like the idea of the jar. if its what I think it is and it works. just ordered those above sponges. thank you.

    I think the glue dries up fast enough to not damage the wooden blade. the tape thing.... you might be right as logically it doesnt make sense the difference I feel from it. I cant explain it rationally.

    am I to understand you didnt glue it on an wooden racket right? ill be gluing rubber to a racket tomorrow using the wet method myself to see how this goes.
