I have two pairs of Mizuno shoes, wave drive neo 2 and wave medal rise. I find my sizing for Mizuno shoes are my foot size +0.5cm. E.g I measured my foot toe to heel in centimeters, then added 0.5cm to get the Japan size in cm, which is listed on the shoe box.
