  1. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

I will try to make my point once more for the sake of education. I dont know either. Probably because i havnt said it that way. I said that pushups are not an effective exercise in developing a better body for TT. And i even explained that extensively. Sure you can, but saying that pushups...
  2. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

Not sure if i understand correctly. You experienced backpain and resolved it through pushups because it strengthens your body as a whole? If that is the case, why dont you simply strengthen the back itself directly? Pull ups/downs, rows, rearflys, back extensions and so on would resolve that...
  3. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

As a former fitnesscoach and as someone who started calisthenics during covid, i definitly know that pushups can be effective to a certain extent. I wouldnt say it is good for a strength focused programm, but you can definitly pack some muscles and stability with pushups and its variations. But...
  4. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

Yeah that may be a shot in which you have decent tricep involvment. But besides pushups being not an ideal excercise here to focus-training your triceps, the needed force is nothing you would gain from pushups. Even training the shot itself would be more beneficial than pushups. In your last...
  5. Does doing pushups have any advantage on playing?

Pushups train mostly your chest and triceps. While both muscles do play a role in tt-movements, they are not that significant. For example the only movement in which you COULD really activate your chest, would be more forward motions like a topspin, volley, or flat forward hits. But then again...
  6. Review Yinhe Moon 12 Blue

Well i did play 47 on my bh several times which shouldnt be so far away from 46 feelingwise. But dude, tenergy 05, fastarc g1, victas v15 extra, xiom vega pro and x... I played all of those, and the moon 12 felt completely different. And im not speaking only about the catapult and speed overall...
  7. Review Yinhe Moon 12 Blue

That is interesting. It definitly feels softer than 46. More like 42 which is quite a step in between. I mean with every shot, i could feel the ball sink into the rubber which is usually not so present with the rubbers i normally use^^
  8. Review Yinhe Moon 12 Blue

No just the M-Soft version. I would imagine you will just get a better high end speed but will probably trade some flick-control for it. Or maybe even control over all. Sadly i wont test anymore into that rubber, because i kinda grew out of it^^. Before the next season i will revisit H8-80...
  9. The best W968 Clones without the W968 price

Still problematic to get your hands on those. Literally no shop in germany even knows about a pro version 🤦‍♂️
  10. This kid ghosts serve in match and wins point

Hilarious but a dick move either way^^
  11. Life, Existence, and the Meaning of Long Pips - The Opus Maximus of James Z

It is a mix of both. Yuan Licen have the habit of taking too long anyway, so he exaggerates against Lebrun because of the reasons you mentioned. Buuuuut for some reason Lebrun is definitly capable of checking if his opponent is ready, because he did it against every player he played in the...
  12. Li-Ning Retailer for Europe ?

Ive used the Mizuno Wave Drive 8 for some months now and i am pretty disappointed. For 80€ the insole shouldnt be done already. On top the grip on most gymgrounds was not really good. I slipped way too often. The only good thing is, that the insole gives a good feeling and the shoe itself fit...
  13. Rakza Z vs Golden Tango PS vs Nittaku Sieger PK50

Rakza Z has a way better arc, way more linear and predictable speed for the user. Better spin capabilities and just doesnt behave so weird as nextlevel already mentioned. Rakza Z is a way better rubber for bh, the only reason i went away from it, was their huge price increase, but it is still...
  14. Satoshi Aida's equiptment

Could you please learn as someone else mentioned here already, that tt-reference is not a good site to state what any player is using currently?! 90%+ of all rubbers and blades mentioned from pros are wrong and/or outdated. As per the end of 2022 he seems to have been using Rakza Z on fh and...
  15. Moon Speed 53 vs Moon Pro

I did seal the blade twice though. But i have this blade for 3/4 of a year and now and played like 8 different rubbers on it. On top my blade kissed the edge of the table once now which hurt the upper edge a lot. But ill look into the putty thing and check if i can prolong its life a bit more^^
  16. Moon Speed 53 vs Moon Pro

Yeah Moon Pro is definitly faster on higher effort shots. If you are already capable of flicking and topspinning with your bh and you attacks come back way too often for comfort, i would definitly go for the Moon Pro or even H8-80 which i will revisit as mentioned. Exactly the Moon Blue 12...
  17. Moon Speed 53 vs Moon Pro

I only had the option of Medium and soft. Mine is the medium one.
  18. Moon Speed 53 vs Moon Pro

Hm it actually has the same code. Maybe im wrong and it IS more the sponge which makes this rubber way harder. But it just felt off right on touch on my bh. Wait, are you trying to be polite here?^^ Because for me there arent serious shortcomings of my current B2 BS. More like shortcomings of...
  19. SDC Handmade Blades

Damn that one makes me curious af. The only thing that would bother me probably would be the lower balance. If that would get too headheavy with rubbers i definitly couldnt handle such a blade.
  20. Moon Speed 53 vs Moon Pro

Moon Speed and Moon Speed 53 are two different rubbers though. I am not so sure how much they differ though, hence i never played with the normal Moon Speed.
