    As far as I remember te new ball is still 2.7grams so it is not heavier but it is more resistant to deformation or feels harder.

    Yasaka Ma Lin Soft Carbon with Rakza Z forehand and Rakza X backhand both at 2.0mm or you can check Xiom with Offensive S with Omega V Pro 2.0mm forehand and Omega V Europe 2.0mm backhand.

    I would not recommend the D09c as a bh rubber if your backhand still needs developing. I would suggest a 1.9mm Rozena or if with other brands Xiom Omega 7 Europe or Rakza 7 Soft.
