Best glue depends of rubber. H3 or heavy weight rubber, DHS15 or Revolution N°3 with the high viscosity Long Pips OX Revolution N°3 with the lowest viscosity Japan & ESN rubber enough Revolution N°3 with the medium viscosity. Also layers number in blade & rubber matters a lot.

It all depends, not all long pips are frictionless also exist with grip, the same for anti there are with more or less reversal, also depend the blade & the player skills you are playing against.

Serving you can't only hit the ball frontally or moving down or horizontally the bat when contact the ball.

When I said hit I want to say thick contact, for me thick contact isn't brush, if you brush tacky hard sponge you can't get the maximum spin of the rubber can give so better use other kind of rubbers.
