Actually, I'm not sure anymore since in the past H3 Neos smelled very yucky (and were faster) but recently not so much. So DHS might have just pulled a productivity maneuver on us and skipped the boost part (or boosts less), but still ads the glue layer. Some other Chinese companies do this too...
