I tried D05 on JM ZLC and it was the opposite to LGY and ZJK SZLC: dead, hard, and hollow, can't hit through the rubber, very bad. I doubt that changing ZLC to SZLC and making the blade thicker can fix this. And there's no one around with JM SZLC with D05 anyway. Tomorrow I'll be trying D09c...

Why is it "pre-boosted"? It's just boosted. To the level that the perimeter of the rubber starts peeling off. I did see that Calderano's rubber is boosted but this is just a whole other level.

On what blade did you use it? I personally can't stand dignics on limba outer and it's very lively on koto (lgy blade) for me (tried 05 and 09c).

If you play with it and it's ok (the sponge is not too soft) for you then it'll serve you for quite some time. I have a five years old sheet on one of the blades, it's totally ok and I played a couple of seasons with that rubber on backhand.
