  1. Training with my OLD Stiga Carbonado

I also played a few months with Carbonados 145 and 190 "years ago". They felt ok and then I tried 245/290. After I got Dynasty Carbon and finally the Cybershape Carbon 🙌 I didn't try 45 and/or 90 but for now Cybershape has what I need and It fits my game absolutely.
  2. Are you a TT-pro ?

    YES will do 🏓
  3. Training with my OLD Stiga Carbonado

Carbonado 290 and 245 contain 200 gram per m2 carbon fiber. INSANE ! I played a lot with them years ago. Crazy feeling with DNA Dragon Grip and Platinum H. I felt that the main problem is the way to generate spin with this type of blades. Not enough time for the ball to go into the rubber. I...
  4. Rich highlights, match and training videos

    Nice playing style Richie 🙌
  5. Why do I get so nervous when playing a match?

I think ever player has been there and like Richie said, we can learn or adapt on how deal with them. When I was a kid sometimes I performed bad in tournaments because of my nerves. I started reading last year a few books about mindset and techniques to control the stress and focus. Some players...
  6. STIGA Cybershape Wood CWT Review

Nice review guys ! I tried the Cybershape Wood and for me is toooooo Slow. If you play in a tournament with that one, you can put a lot of balls back on the table, but you don't kill anyone that way. Maybe too much Carbon in my blood now :)
  7. Does a thicker sponge require an additional layer of glue?

Not really. That part is up to you. Sometimes I glued 2 thin layers on rubbers and 2 on the blade. Last time, 2 layers "Rubber" and 1 on the blade. During the last time, I wanted to feel more the contact with the blade, and I just put 1 "Rubber" and 1 "Blade". Personal Preference on this one.
  8. Training with my OLD Stiga Carbonado

Good tries TTD friends, but I was trying my OLD blade from the past "Stiga Carbonado 290" Such a Beast !!! This Blade is a Party itself XD When I hit the ball hard with it, I don't miss the Stiga Cybershape AT ALL
  9. Training with my OLD Stiga Carbonado

Hello 👋 TTD family, I was testing other blade and it's strong 💪 But I know it. Can you guess it? Hearing the sound, looking the arc and ball placement will give you an idea for sure.
  10. TableTennisDaily x PingPod

    Congrats 👏. Well done 🙌 😊
  11. Disappointed with Stiga blades and rubbers

Reading about the "Delamination" blades, let me contribute with my pictures back in 2015. I had a Stiga Carbonado 145 and "boom" delamination with a small effort removing the rubber.
  12. Disappointed with Stiga blades and rubbers

Hi Victor, from another Victor :) I played with a lot and different Stiga blades for almost 20 years. If I can tell you something is that the "Feeling" is yours, totally yours. I hate the propaganda like "This is the Best Rubber/Blade/Glue" bla bla bla. Finally you need something that fits your...
  13. Happy Birthday to TTD´s one and only Upsidedowncarl

    Happy Birthday Carl 🥳 🍰
  14. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

Hey TTD family, Giving an update after some training with this rubber on my backhand side. I glued the Mantra Pro H replacing a DNA Platinum H. The throw angle is lower compared with Platinum. For me, feels harder when both are H "Hard". A bit lighter, and it's a bouncy rubber on my Stiga...
  15. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

Hi @Tony's Table Tennis Thanks for the support 🙌. Training is always the answer. I agree with you that we can't get 100% match with the equipment. And I know also that we're always changing as a players. I remembered when I started training and I hated hard rubbers. And then, getting better I...
  16. Switching for cybershape with butterfly rubbers?

Hi 👋, If you're talking about "Primorac Carbon" there's a huge difference between carbon and wood blades. Especially with Primorac. Cybershape Carbon would be an option to replace but I would not suggest you an only wood blade. I expect that Cybershape Wood + Tenergy 05fx, will be like a...
  17. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

I think they're similar but if you want to be extremely picky, maybe 5% less bouncier. But on my hand, they bounce similar. I didn't try Hammond Z2 and I will not make more testing in a while because my Combo is done with this rubber to my Backhand 🏓. Now, time to train hard with the same...
  18. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

Once I was testing it, it doesn't feel too tacky but it was grippy The rubber feels alive and it reminded me like my old Stiga Innova Ultra Light "Years Ago". Boosting in progress to verify its performance 😉
  19. NEW Stiga Mantra Pro

Hey guys, I'm here again to share a video about my NEW Stiga Mantra Pro. It feels similar to DNA Platinum H and a bit lighter. And because of I'm a Penhold player anything lighter is more than welcome to avoid wrist injuries. I tested it without booster and it feels alive and bouncier than my...
