    The biggest issue I have is figuring out how to roll vastus medialis. Rectus femoris and vastus lateralis were quite easy to do. Few videoson youtube and problem gone. The inside muscles though, i had not figured out good position to roll.

    welp. Whenever sanding anything you want to be flat, check with straight edge afterwards. If you only sanded edges that shouldn't matter as much, because you do not hit the ball on the edges that much.

    I just recently started using foam roller after the trainings. Which muscle groups you do stretch/roll after training and what exercises you do to accomplish that goal.
