  1. 50+mm balls

This should be a thing. At least for players over 90 years old.
  2. The Goat

Or perhaps Ovtcharov ALC with über boosted Aibiss.
  3. Interesting rubber chart - karahashitakkyu

Interesting that Stiga DNA Dragon Grip is supposed to be the spinniest rubber of them all. Not many people seem to use it. I have a new sheet in my drawer. I will try it out soon.
  4. Slower Rubber bcs of bad technique?

I agree that you probably would do much better if you changed to a much slower blade. You have only played for 2 years, but you play with a Viscaria with Tenergy and Dignics. For reference, Ma Long plays with a much slower and more controlled setup. For my first year I played with allround...
  5. advice please on moving from tenergy

I haven’t tried C1. Many prefer softer rubbers on backhand. But softer rubbers are bouncier. So it might not help you as much with serve receive as G1 would. l personally like G1 for both forehand and backhand.
  6. Introduce yourself to the forum! :)

I have seen a lot of your videos. You have really good content! I just wish you would have english subtitles on all your videos.
  7. Darker 5 CNF

    Yes it is
  8. STEP to ALC or ZLC blade from Butterfly Petr Korbel (Made in Japan)

I agree with your thoughts on carbon blades downsides for most people. I just wanted to point out that the Korbel and the Harimoto has the exact same headsize, 158*152 mm. The Harimoto ALC is pretty much a Korbel with inner ALC.
  9. Fan Zhendong is an UNBREAKABLE wall!!??

“After some insightful feedback from some members of the community I have decided to create a megathread that will include all my video footage from now onwards in order to keep everything neat and tidy… …I am going to be using this thread to post all my new videos from here on out. Cheers! Look...
  10. The Goat

Harimoto ALC with Dignics 09c would be the most equivalent from Butterfly compared to his current setup.
  11. Bat help for intermediate player

If your tempted to go for Max rubbers, then go for it! It will not make a big difference. 2,0 mm rubbers would be slightly easier to control short game and flat hits. Max rubbers will benefit heavy looping with quality.
  12. Bat help for intermediate player

At this stage, I think it’s advisable to use the same rubber for both forehand and backhand. Thickness 2.0 or max. The Rakza 7 is moderately fast. It’s not faster than Andro Hexer Powersponge. Equipped on a allround blade it would be a controlled setup. But a big step up from a premade. It would...
  13. Bat help for intermediate player

If you are coming from a premade. You should start with an allround class blade. As for rubbers I think a controlled medium hard tensor is the way to go. You will probably get dozens of different suggestions. But it won’t matter as long as it’s an allround blade and a not too fast and hard...
  14. Darker 5 CNF

I just got home from training. I’ve joined a new club last week. New coach and matches against new players. I was too competitive to use the Classic 5 CNF during the matches. So, I must try it more to get to know the blade. I can only give a very brief first impressions. Because the blade is 6,5...
  15. advice please on moving from tenergy

It sounds like you’re looking for Nittaku G-1. Less bouncy, good durability, but almost the same spin and arc as Tenergy 05. A very tamed and controlled alternative to Tenergy 05.
  16. Advice for intermediate player needed

Two great choices. It won’t matter really, which one of them you choose. The Korbel will be a little bit faster with a smaller handle. The Sweden Extra will be a litttle bit slower with a comfier handle. Both will have great spin possibilities.
  17. Mjölnir by SDC

After you attach, you have the option to choose between thumbnail or full picture. If you don’t do that choice your picture won’t show. That happened to me. 😊 Perhaps that’s the problem?
  18. Darker 5 CNF

I know. I have seen your Darker blades in the Share your racket’s photo thread. I have always been interested in Darker blades, but never had the opportunity to play them. So I will not be able to do any comparisons, but I will share my thoughts of the blade.
  19. O9C Durability

I’ve been playing with 09c since launch. I’ve been switching my 09cs 4 times during this period. You can read online people being disappointed with the durability of the top sheet and loss of tackiness. But I have rubbers that I played for 11 months which still has great spin and remained its...
