  1. Are double fish rubbers any good?

I tried the Volant-Phoenix and the Polestar-P and the Polestar-P is like a nicely boosted H3N OS, or more like a Dianchi D... I think the Polestar-P and Dianchi D have much harder and more elastic sponges than H3N even if they are rated for 39 or 40deg only, they feel very firm and elastic. And...
  2. Mizuno Q Quality a cheap and performant tensor that matches Tenergy 05 at half price

I was so into the Q Power after playing with the Q Quality until Stiga released the Mantra Pros. Now I'm like I know the difference between Q Quality and Mantra Pro M and I think Mantra Pro M is better, well I would say better in most situations on BH. Q Quality I would take over Mantra Pro M on...
  3. How to remove the glue from the rubber's sponge?

I think it sticks well enough. It works pretty well with boosted H3 too.
  4. Which balls are the best for multiball training?

Why not buy the Sawnei training ball? I don't know it that well, but usually they are manufactured the same way just being sorted. Round ones = 3 star, wobbly = training at least it would only make sense this way. Their training balls are available on Aliexpress 100pcs for about 25USD?
  5. Which balls are the best for multiball training?

What is your match ball? Get the same kind in training ball. It's better to train with the same type of ball as you play matches with. Not much sense in using Nittaku training ball then playing with DHS match ball. If you don't play matches then I would get the Neottec-Nittaku ones.
  6. What's a good Chinese bh rubber?

Indeed H8-80 37 is not slow at all. But I still think the H3-50 also has it's place for someone looking for a bit of a speedglued feeling. Especially the 35deg version is rather soft and clicky. I wager just for a non flashy basic BH game the 3-50 is more reliable than the H8-80, the H8-80 is...
  7. Recommended Table Tennis Shoes

You have a good point but Stiga Liner and Mizuno Wave Drive 6 shoes are made in the same factory, same sole and midsole with different upper parts. But Joola, Tibhar, TSP, Lining (pro), etc brands use the same sole midsole with different upper parts. So why pay the premium for any brand? Why not...
  8. The blade off Wang Manyu ??

Cybershape is pretty nice on backhand but the Wang Manyu blade is much much better overall. Cybershape has a too skinny handle (FL the front part is very skinny), not particularly fast in my view. I have new Mantra Pro XH and M on the Cybershape and I feel the Cybershape makes more spin by...
  9. New Stiga Mantra Pro

One more thing which I'm not sure how relevant it is, but Tenergy and Dignics, especially 64, but it is valid for 05 and 80 too, the edges chip off from ball contact. This is not a thing with 09c since that has a thick top sheet nad it's more durable. Mantra Pro, no problem, I still have some...
  10. The blade off Wang Manyu ??

Just some follow-up as I have been using it more. Today I used it in an official game and I played probably the best for months. Still using the same Mantra Pro M and Mantra Pro XH that my GF got me on taobao for 160RMB each in Aug. Love the rubbers. GF too. I think my BH has improved quite a...
  11. How do i resolve some of my critical errors

Glad you found it helpful! Look at this absolute scam artist!!! I mean actor!
  12. Good source of insoles for sport shoes

I think it should be all over EU, maybe different countries have other name?
  13. New Stiga Mantra Pro

Hey, I actually haven't tried the H, only XH and M. I think I said it before but Pro M is like a boosted G1. XH more like T05H. The good about both is that they are really easy to use. Much more simple than Tenergy, Glayzer and especially Dignics. Some local league players tried them on my...
  14. BH rubber for CPEN

729 sky-wing? It's a good BH rubber and it's easily available and light. On wechat I see many Chinese still use Stiga Innova Ultra Light for RPB but I have no clue if it's still being made or some 10+ year old "new" stock lol but it's listed on Aliexpress. All the normal H8 2.15mm I measured...
  15. The blade off Wang Manyu ??

Oh wow, thanks! I put my box into Wechat translate too now and indeed it says Guangdong. Well props to whoever is making them, I wonder if only ~30% of the blades is actually good. Mine is just sooooooo nice... Is this your box? Did you try it?
  16. How do i resolve some of my critical errors

Hmm, I think LAC is very suitable for it. It's pretty hard. I also do it with H3N now Mantra Pro XH which is like a 40deg H3 hard, for sure it's easier to do with a bit of a bouncier rubber but LAC is very good already. Like I didn't make this video for this purpose but when I do my FH warmup...
  17. How do i resolve some of my critical errors

Hey, awesome video! Good to see fellow players break a sweat :) I recommend you take some advice from RSM, I mean he's FH GOD and what he's saying applies to shakehand as much as to pen. I'm no coach but I can give my view. In my opinion, you make waaaaay too much arc on your drives. You...
  18. The blade off Wang Manyu ??

I don't know where the Inspira Plus is made to be honest. Doesn't have the handmade in Sweden logo so I assume also not in Sweden, but the top koto ply is soooo thin that I doubt it's South Korean. Maybe it's Chinese made... Also the ALC they use is blue-black and not the green-black. Well it's...
  19. New Stiga Mantra Pro

On FH it feels very fast after 2-3 hours to be honest. It's a very impressive blade that Butterfly nor the Koreans could replicate so far. In fact I like Yinhe blades a lot but not even similar...
  20. New Stiga Mantra Pro
