  3. Post your latest EJ purchase

Bought a Eternity VPS Master handle, 92 grams is a bit light. But it is an amazing blade.
  4. Best racket case?

I use a Joola Aluminum double case. High quality that has foam cut out for two blades and 3 balls. For €30 it is probably the best one. I own two, one for my bty product. And one for the blade i am using + spare.
  5. Need a Rubber Recommendation

Considering your playstyle, i'd recommend for your backhand either sriver 1.9 or Donic Acuda s1 in 1.8. Both have amazing control, Acuda has better control for offense and Sriver flat hits and chops. But there isn't a huge diffirence. Forehand you said you wanted to get more modern serves, why...
  6. Do you know anything of this Sanwei 75 inner PBO (ZLC) blade?

I have a innerforce layer ZLC, Yinhe m202 and 75 pbo outer. I'd say Innerforce and 75 have better feeling and control, while m202 feels a lot more crisp and stiff. All are typical ZLC feeling, but 75 has amazing dwell time and Innerforce has that typical butterfly feelling. I love 75 pbo...
  7. A. Lebrun's blade

Was at a tournament, was a shop with the Alexis lebrun krypto Fl blade for €150. It was super light, 80 gram max! I wonder if it was a defect.
  8. Tenergy for $42?

a kid of our club bought Tenergy 05 and Hurricane 3 national for like €40 combined. He doesn't know they are fake. He likes it a lot tho, i tried it and they feel like grippy sheets of plastic😭😭

  11. Ovtcharov ALC short pips?

Saw a girl with this set-up, she didn't like the combo. (i don't know sponge thickness)
  12. 41 Or 40 Degree DHS hurricane 3

If it is your first time playing with Hurricane i'd go with 39/40. If you prefer hard tacky rubbers and are familiar with it why not go for 41. I'd go with 3/4 layers. 40 degree i put 2 on and it was great! Never had 41.
  13. Does the Dignics09C worth it?

In my experience and the general population I'd say: Commercial Hurricane lasts easily years, Dignics and Aurus 2 years and most grip/hybrid a year or so. Of course you can play longer with it, but you'll notice a lack of speed or grip.
  14. Advice needed - Shang Kun AC vs Dynasty Carbon

(ex penhold player) Stiga carbonado 90 Cpen, Everything about it is amazing with penhold. I recently bought a Master handle as i play shakehand now. I mostly play cpen for fun now, as i am trying to get to the higher divisions. The throw angle and the arc of c90 are perfect for my style of...
  15. Vendor says sticky protection films destroy tacky rubbers.

I just use the sheet of paper that comes with most rubbers. No issue with most rubbers. Back when i used hurricane i just put olive oil on the rubber, washed it off with water and put in back in my case. I bet that rubber lasts longer then my lifespan😂😂
  16. Soft rubber for backhand - Advice for attacking player

+ vote Xiom vega europe. For more speed but more bottom out effect Stiga dna plat S
  17. New Stiga Mantra Pro

I had Z1, also super easy to use. Currently trying out Mantra Pro M on Carbonado. It has more of a rubbery feel when playing. Just like Dignics or even Z1 really, easy to use for sure. Only thing i felt is, it doesn't have the Grippy feeling of DNA. Just like Zwill posted, maybe it needs some...
  18. BTY Rozena -vs- Tenergy 05 or 19 for FH

If you like Rozena, Tenergy 05 is the obvious choice. Tenergy 19 on forehand isn't as effective in general for most players (including me) Tenergy has a lot more power, but i feel in the rally i prefer Rozena. Everything is better with Tenergy in the first ball, served and even flicks on the...
  19. How to play against a long pips blocker as a two-wing looper?

If you alternate between serves that makes it difficult to propperly set yourself up. Unless the pips are spin sensitive, no spin or slight backspin serves. Attack every 3rd ball untill the chopper consistently gets the ball on table. After that push or attack, the trick is to fade a lot between...
