  1. Hu Heming and his latest video on equipment

Woah, that's insane. No wonder I have never seen a blemish everytime I watch them play, it's always fresh out of the package!
  2. Hu Heming and his latest video on equipment

I assume players like Shin Yubin, Jang Woojin, and other top players who are sponsored by DHS get in the 300 rubbers at least? For sure CNT players get at least one rubber a day which is 30 rubbers a month?
  3. Hu Heming and his latest video on equipment

My boosting process was a bit different. 1. I apply thin or medium layer of booster directly on the sponge. I don't really believe the whole "glue first before rubber to not weaken the bond between topsheet and sponge" nonsense. 2. Wait for 12-16 hour. I don't put second layer of booster...
  4. Any Yinhe 13s Pro reviews?

Basd on the grain, it could be Koto
  5. San Francisco looking for training partner.

I'll have to disagree about this. When you are up against people much better than yourselves, it really doesn't matter if you play LP or not. GJV is exactly that here. The guy is able to mix his serve really well and with good speed and placement too. I imagine he'd still mess around with the...
  6. Any Yinhe 13s Pro reviews?

Forehand is spruce and inner KLC. Feels soft and I can't put any power behind my shot for some reason and the spin is also bad. Maybe because it was my first time trying a spruce outer blade. Slow loop is fun and easy, but when you put more power to it somehow you don't feel it bite the ball...
  7. San Francisco looking for training partner.

GJV (golden jesus viscaria),you are the far better player compared to the penhold, but to actually have the gall to say you control the pace against him? Cmon, now. When playing someone far below your level, you are not controlling the pace and the tempo, you are just messing around with him...
  8. Any Yinhe 13s Pro reviews?

I have played with Yinhe 11s.
  9. Replacement Rozena rubber

Double fish Volant Phoenix 2. Get 37 and 3. It's cheap, durable, easy to use. Even if you don't like it, it's just $12 a piece.
  10. San Francisco looking for training partner.

Your opponent seems to be better than you at serve and receive. When you receive the ball, it's lacking in quality and placement, giving your opponent initiative to attack which made you play passively. The good thing tho, he was bad with his follow ups, giving you time to play around with him...
  11. Friendship battle 2 provincial vs fastarc g-1

Hit more through the sponge as you brush. That should give you enough safety for the ball to clear the net. Maybe you can also try to lift it up more as you brush. While it's true that B2 throw is a bit lower than that of H3, it's not that much of difference anyway.
  12. GAN reviews Rxton 9

Why get Moon 12? I have tried the rubber, and it is trash. You are actually better off getting Volant Phoenix 1 or 2 than getting any Yinhe rubbers. When it comes to China made rubber, Double Fish, imho, is second only to H3 and Volant Phoenix has the best performance to price ratio.
  13. Friendship battle 2 provincial vs fastarc g-1

G-1 is good, it's not that bouncy compared to other ESN rubbers. You don't need to worry much about it but you will miss some of the spin from chinese rubber. B2 provincial is good too. If you say that it doesn't have enough power away from the table, just hit the gym more and get a faster...
  14. Yinhe Win ALC

Found it on Shoppee. It's a reputable seller too, so I think it's a real one. I don't know if you can open the link, but here it is: Yinhe Win ALC He also sells Yinhe Max 02 which is according to the description is similar to ZJK ALC.
  15. Yinhe Win ALC

Now that you think about it, it's probably true. Still, it's looking gorgeous so no complain there. I really wanna know how it plays before buying it. Don't feel like buying another Pro 01. I don't know. I don't even know if Yinhe has premium line, it's looking good tho. Price is around $63...
  16. Yinhe Win ALC

Saw a new blade from Yinhe, Win ALC. Supposedly it's better than Pro 01 and replicate the old tag Viscaria with better power and spin compared to normal Viscaria. Anyone has tried this?
  17. Let's talk about Backhand...

Fan would be the type 1, I think? More power, better spin generation, good in all position. For us mortals, this kind of backhand would be disastrous because it's harder to control. You must have good timing for this. Type 2 would be better for control, imho. My own BH is just like this and I...
  18. Backhand-dominant players: what are your favorite tactics?

I'd say FH down the live has lower risk than BH down the line because we actually bring the ball down with the body, giving more safety even when you put more power to it. Similar argument for why we train FH more, IMHO. Bigger movement, stronger result, better control than BH especially from...
  19. Backhand-dominant players: what are your favorite tactics?

For me, BH dominant is actually more demanding technically than FH one. BH dominant play demands more precision as you can see just how incredible FZD, LSD, ZJK when it comes to precision. BH loop or counterloop down the line is just so risky it's not even worth it. That kind of precision is...
