  1. is baby oil a effective booster?

Hilarious to read that from someone who doesnt know the difference between two rubbers but still feels the need to share his nonexisting knowledge and the experience of a single test. Besides i have at least decent experience with boosting for several years with different techniques and...
  2. is baby oil a effective booster?

Im not a chemist, so ill just say plainly "no". It does work but not very well. The duration is poorly and the result inconsistant. I would either go for several products you mentioned on aliexpress or just buy Falco Tempo Long Booster.
  3. H3 Neo National/Provincial/Commercial Differences

Then you have to compare the blue sponge versions^^ So yeah i would say too that you get way more bang for your buck especially compared to the national versions. I mean you must play table tennis on a srsly disgusting high level (and be able to boost with an equally high precision) to get...
  4. H3 Neo National/Provincial/Commercial Differences

That is the problem with lack of knowledge. It is even stated by DHS that the different versions of the Hurricane 3 are coming from the same batch. The only difference is the consistency or quality control with the different versions. While you can be certain of what thickness and hardness you...
  5. H3 Neo National/Provincial/Commercial Differences

The advantage of the national compared to the province version is ridiculous low for the pricetag(difference). I would never recommend anyone to go for smth that expensive if you are not sponsored by that brand or above 2k TTR. For everyone else there are better alternatives out there...
  6. Fastarc G1 vs. Rakza X vs. V-15 Extra vs. Evo MX-S

More control - checkEasier to play than with MX-S - check More spin (ok maybe for you for some reason) - definitly not. If that would be the case anyhow, you would have way more pro-level player using the g1 than the v15 extra. WIth the given pricerange i cant seem to find anything else...
  7. Zhou Qihao signs with JOOLA

Yeah i meant that maybe ZQ is gonna use the zgr on both sides like Quadri is using his Gewo 53 hardness rubbers on both sides. LJK never used the alnade blade. He was one of the 2 players who did this "just the handle sponsoring"-thing.
  8. Zhou Qihao signs with JOOLA

2 thoughts here: ZQ is playing well in national tournaments against his chinese style opponents but he is struggling against many many many international opponents. On top he is not even playing that typically chinese styla, so changing his equipment might be a good idea. Second if i remember...
  9. Fastarc G1 vs. Rakza X vs. V-15 Extra vs. Evo MX-S

Victas v15 extra fullfills what you desire from your rubber in my experience. I played the g1 and v15 extra(though not the other competitors) and the v15 grips the ball better with even more spin and speed but not by a huge margin. I didnt have to change much after i switched back then. Still...
  10. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

That is really interesting. Beside the handle/blade use, i am excited to see if he will really switch is backhand rubber or if he is gonna stick with Dignics 05
  11. New Color of Good Rubbers

When i see your list of top rubbers i highly doubt your judgement. Putting mx-p and dignics/tenergy in the same list as stiga and the tsp curl series (even though they are quite decent) is beyond me. There are already srsly top rubbers in several different colours availlable. If you want to...
  12. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

lol Plz give feedback. I am especially curious about the Rozena. Doubt that i will ever go for Butterfly but i am still interested if it gives you at least a kinda similar feeling than the tenergy 05fx. Ah and i forgot about that point you made of not many people playing with it: There are at...
  13. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

Yeah kinda nothing to discuss here anymore. But besides this he got at least my suggestions which fullfilled exactly this. Dunno why ppl bother to write if they just do not read beforehand...
  14. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

I had nearly the same experiences as Yogi described. The sponge activation is enough to perform awesome shots. In my training they were so great, i nearly changed my Hurricane 3 against it^^. Really spinny and with a bit effort the shots become really fast as you can see in the review by Matsu...
  15. Better to get Butterfly?

I agree about the durability of several rubbers. But if the rubber loses its grip it is a deathssentence for it^^. Balls dropping off of your racket, when they didnt behave like that before is a really bad thing but shouldnt happen after 1-2months into playing, except you are leaving you racket...
  16. Bfly too expensive, rubber advice please

Victas v>15 extra on FH And either Tibhar mx P/S or Fastarc G-1 or Xiom Vega pro would be my alternative choice for your bh
  17. Lifespan of hurricane rubbers

Ah and as per usual in a H3 related thread here you have the ultimate DHS Hurricane 3 thread from another forum. https://ooakforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=37360
  18. Lifespan of hurricane rubbers

Most clearners destroy the tacky surface - srsly a bad idea. In terms of technique of burhanaya: Usually you hit too weak and too arm dominant. If you want to get better with chinese fh rubbers you have to hit harder. You need to give the ball a chance to penetrate into the rubber, otherwise...
  19. Lifespan of hurricane rubbers

This depends on several things. For example how hard you boost them and if you use a protective film. In my experience i can at least reboost my rubbers one or two times with FTL so i have a lifespan of around 6-9 months more or less. But i already saw some ppl using it for longer than a year...
  20. Glue troubles

I actually got rid of it scrubbing it down with my fingernails. Didnt work too well but it got the job done. Or you can maybe try to use a wet papertowel. That was my plan B.
