  1. CNTs LJK now using Viscaria

    He’s always been using Viscaria
  2. CNT's Mock Olympics

They are very strict with the service rules. So maybe he served with his backhand after he got faulted for his service?
  3. Looking for off-/all+ suggestions, slower viscaria alternative

Try Innerforce ALC or a Clipper. Both are a touch softer so it's easier to generate spin. But those are still demanding blades. Hard to tell without seeing you play. Maybe you need an even slower blade.
  4. Clipper Wood (Original) vs CR

If you want a high quality Clippee CR, then buy one from China or Japan. Those have a serial number and hologram sticker and are of higher quality. Unfortunately the price is also higher.
  5. How to choose a good blade (among the model)

Higher pitch usually means faster blade.
  6. How to choose a good blade (among the model)

I like to pick fishscale aka quartersawn blades. They look really nice and have higher resale value. Some people say they play a bit different but I am not sure about that.
  7. Best WBG to boost

DHS No15 or Nittaku FineZip/Stiga Attach Power Glue (last 2 are the same)
  8. Dignics 09c vs hurricane 3

It has to do with the distance from the table. In the matches we watch they are very often pushed back from the table and that is when they can do a full stroke.
  9. Dignics 09c vs hurricane 3

The idea for the video is great but I think the comparison is not really fair. - First there are so many versions of H3, you should have at least tried the provincial one. - Dan's technique is more suited for the European style rubbers - Then there are also different sponge hardnesses, 39 to...
  10. not confortable at backhand

FX-P is soft but bouncy and spinny. It requires a good touch and is not so easy to play with. Try something like Sriver FX or Shifter Powersponge. Those are classic rubbers which don’t have as much tension (are not as bouncy) and require you to do a full stroke but also are more forgiving for...

  13. Dignics and its Effect on Sales of Tenergy and Rozena

I would have thought Hurricane 3 was on that list. Quite a few Japanese pros are using it. Not popular in Japan?
  14. Just wondering about using a hairdryer to speed up the process of gluing

I always use the cold setting because heat changes the rubber, it makes it softer. And even with the cold setting it takes only a few seconds to dry.
  15. New Butterfly Rubber Aibis

I guess it’s the cheap version of 09c, just as Rozena is the cheap version of Tenergy
  16. Is your club closed because of corona?

Germany closes every club. You can’t even rent a table in a sports center.
  17. Pros racket and blade weight

JO Waldner always wanted his blade with 88 grams. And most pros play with blades with 90 or more grams.
  18. Caronavirus & Tokyo 2020

Buy own table and robot for the next weeks :)
  19. WTT - World Table Tennis 2021

Just saw this on Twitter! Replaces the World Tour and offers increased price many and better TV coverage. Really interesting, I just hope they don’t change the rules too much. https://youtu.be/h9R24TOcy3k https://worldtabletennis.com/
