you should not reglue the rubbers at all if you don't intend to boost and if it's still sticking to the blade. Modern rubbers are tensioned and some would even shrink if you remove them.

No one is unbeatable. 2017 WTTC final was a super close game and also Timo Boll was leading 8-4 and then lost the set, if he had won, 3:3, who knows what would have happened in the 7th. With only 11 points per set no one is unbeatable.

He needs to boost his world ranking for the seeding at olympics.

You forgot to mention that the net assembly stays the same so that you have a one inch gap below the net now, which is allowed to use during play.
