It states it's the table for the 2017 WTTC, not 2019. However there is probably a very similar table in use by DHS, the surface is probably the same...
you should not reglue the rubbers at all if you don't intend to boost and if it's still sticking to the blade. Modern rubbers are tensioned and some would even shrink if you remove them.

No one is unbeatable. 2017 WTTC final was a super close game and also Timo Boll was leading 8-4 and then lost the set, if he had won, 3:3, who knows what would have happened in the 7th. With only 11 points per set no one is unbeatable.
Next time they play Harimoto will crush him. Happened a lot before, first encounter he loses, afterwards greatly improved performance. He also had some problems with the pips.
there are a few things which work against those players.
usually those players don't stand close to the table so give them a short service and a quick ball afterwards in the other corner.
Another possibility is a quick long service to the corner or to the elbow and then again to the other...
