Before arch gets his post picked to death I'd like to agree with him that a smaller stroke would make life a lot easier. Maybe not with elbow positioning, that's subjective. And I'm not saying Jeffs stroke is wrong, It's just not my cup of tea. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I disagree with the way he's doing it. But I also disagree with the paddle leaving a player's sight, the way he gets it behind him on his forehands. You may think it's helping his "whip mechanics" but in my eyes it's wrong. We all have opinions on what the right way to play is, and none of us...

need more grip? try kailin oil, or falco on the rubber of your shoes. this will leave an oily residue that is extremely difficult to remove. Club members will be so frustrated with oil all over the floors they'll buy you new shoes. Boom! new shoes= more grip. You can thank me now.
  4. How long will Adidas equipment stay legal?

Forever. unless a rule change makes them illegal for some strange reason.

left leg likes to chill in the same place when you step forward. That'll be my one comment on something to work on. Looks like you're improving btw! Keep up the good work!

I don't get those collective bits because I stick the sheets together. No need to clean the sheets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just as good. Price has no correlation with quality in a lot of table tennis equipment questions. Stratus power woods handle is one of the few flared handles I like. I think it's the texture that I like. If they raised the price they'd still sell probably just as many. Good quality blade. Osp...

Osp is great, even if you get it customized they usually get it to you within a week. You keep asking what I'd recommend. And I keep telling you the same thing, you need to test out the handles yourself to see if you'd like it. I have a grip that's choked up pretty high so I'm comfortable with...

Some styles get more nets some get more edges. I think my strokes get more fingers. So I always figured if people apologize for nets and edges I should do the same for finger nonsense. More than 50% of my fingers land. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

New discussion from shuki time! You get to a level where you can see whenever your opponent mishits, hits the edge of their Raquet, their finger or whatever. Now for me, I assume my opponent is also able to see when I mis-hit. But I often make a point to mention that it hit my magic finger or...

You have your mind set that spending more will be better quality. That's not the case in table tennis. and no the L handle doesnt solve the problem since you haven't used the instrumental L handles you don't know if you like them.

???? how long have you been using rasant? the durability was the worst of any rubber I'd gone through

Oh snap. I feel arch may have used some unnecessary words, and dug himself yet another hole. I think Boogar dropping the subject was his way of not knowing how to elaborate without full knowledge of the information he was given
  14. FS: Timo Boll Spirit ST (Fishscale)

A chip in the handle is really nothing. The quality of this TBS is great. Many people would pay way over retail value for a used "fishscale" model of this blade. He's asking for less than retail and it's still not selling. kaispencer. This forum isn't really known for buying and selling...

Nittaku violin and accoustic have very small handles. make sure you've felt the handle of what you want to buy before buying it.

Suprised this hasn't been snatched up.
  17. Adhesive vs non-adhesive protection film

Wash them lol? When you take them off just put the sticky sides together. That's what I do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Adhesive vs non-adhesive protection film

Pros and cons to each? I like non adhesive but I can't see a benefit to adhesive. I'd be nervous of getting bits of that adhesion on my rubber. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Since tony's post is his 2000th, with a bit of nonsense to go with it, I'd like to make my own post that has no table tennis talk in it. I would like to thank OldschoolPenholder. The reason I'd like to thank you, is that it's rare to find new members that are as active as you are. Usually the...

Re-emphasizing tony's question, what do you mean by there's less tolerance away from the table? I can't imagine it going long unless making too much contacts. While dipping short with a brushing stroke can happen quite easily with this rubber.
