It is possible, but very hard. You must start training like 6-8 hours a day with a very good coach. Plus I recommend you watching pro players that use your play-style.
For example if you are penholder --> Wang Hao
if you are chopper --> Joo Se Hyuk
I saw that video 2 days ago, very interesting.
1. I think this is my main problem now, because my fingers are longer than WH's, and I can't use is grip 100%.
2. I'm learning full RPB, IMO is better than TBH.
