  1. First Hurricane attempt

I think I will add one thin layer maybe, bc it’s already 39 degrees - and I don’t won’t it to be overly soft for a forehand
  2. First Hurricane attempt

Today got my first Hurricane Neo 39 blue sponge at third year of training. I have a few questions: to boost or not to boost and on what blade forehand is better to attach it? Inner or outer composition? I have used outer with D09c for a last year plus minus. So the variants can be Ovtcharov...

When multi-position spin set to +3 sometimes im asking for +4 and i like the feeling too. But as i understand it should be more like a topspin ball that you will get returned back after a block - so the ball should have some topspin but not too much - thats why we using +3 more often.

This is not my robot, so I made an mistake. I’m asking a coach right now about it. This is Amicus Prime too. But I was wrong about underspin levels, I’m looping underspin on 3 it has 5 max when programmed to underspin. Looping from different spots is 3 level of spin too. And counterspin loops...

I’m not sure that term “odd” is correct in this case. There is a coach that guiding the process his picking exercises and spin/speed levels - after I performed an exercise I can tell to him my feedback on how I feel etc, but I’m kinda good at counter looping considering that I’m new to this...
  9. Be honest guys: you don't need carbon blades

To be honest we don’t even need a table tennis were we can’t use whatever we wanted to lol. Joke aside - before the conclusion we need to understand the context and the goals of a player and most of the time they would be sooooo much different. I can play with whatever I want to play and...

I’m using different setting and different exercises. It depends. I usually starting with backhand/forehand just to feel the ball. Then going up in speed from 50 balls/min up to 90. Next exercise is multiple positions topspin’s/forehand from three spots for moving my legs and for reaction. If I...

I have always played tt with harder rubbers started from D09c from the beginning I don’t find it super hard rather I adore it hardness. 15. Advice on DHS rubbers.

Ah people used to say that 39 degree hurricane is hard. But that’s maybe not the Neo case 😃 I don’t really like soft rubbers especially on a forehand. That’s unfortunate. So maybe just I will gift it for some one than. Who knows🤓
  16. Advice on DHS rubbers.

Guys I was ordering hurricane 3 neo national blue sponge 39 by mistake - I wanted a regular national hurricane 3 blue sponge. So my question is do I need to boost it for maximum performance or it has enough booster from factory?
  17. Training stretegies

I used to train like that most part of my life but it was boxing/wrestling/mma/hardcore gym. Due to the injuries that I gain from all of those decades of training I can’t do it anymore because injuries just get worsen - I’m getting older and recovery time from them became much longer then it was...

I think you can achieve both good playing level and quality feeding also. Of course if we talking bout 2400+ than maybe yes too much of a coaching can hurt gameplay. My coach for example didn’t compete anymore when he did he was about 2200+, he focused on amateurs players now mostly but...
