  1. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

People who are telling g09c has no spin, are definitely didn’t have technique for medium hard hybrid rubbers. They just prefer 05fx or other soft tensors, or just put boosters on everything that are doing half of the work for them and get used to that kind of feeling - it’s okay
  2. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

I don’t know your level, but if you amateur that trained two-three times a week than g09c would be better choice for you. It is easier to handle, it is softer, very good spin, it is more controllable, and cost half price of d09c. You will achieve stability faster with g09c for sure - and...
  3. Heming Hu on Equipment

I’ve done it all - including strength training, and I don’t drink alcohol. Actually my first year I was training almost like a pro/semi pro player. I even remember one of the tourneys (I played two tourney that day), I met in the final ex national level guy that was coached and competed from...
  4. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

This is g09c both sides - yes it slower than many rubbers, but more than enough speed if you have some power and technique in your body. But this is not that type of rubber that are doing 50% of a job for you - you should work your ass with it 😄
  5. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

Yeah, I get what you mean. But I don’t have any problem with throw angle of d09c it is always high even out of the box. Plus I so used to it that this kind of throw angle is just felt natural to me
  6. Heming Hu on Equipment

Me as an adult beginner that have trained six time per week, sometimes two times a day. I have started from primorac japan with two hybrids (rakza z) and after a few months already playing with innerforce layer zlc with two d09c and it was totally okay - easy and smooth transition. I didn’t have...
  7. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

this d09c was about half a year in use - and I hit pretty hard with it, doing multi ball sessions etc. The ball still slightly sticking to it. It’s is not like 2-4 weeks life span - it’s a lol take to me, people misreading signs of use on a top sheet with it actual behaviour of a rubber. Plus...
  8. Dignics 09c vs DHS Hurricane 3 Blue versions

d09c lasts forever it never shrinks, and d05 does. As a fan of a hybrid rubbers I can tell all of them are showing signs of wearing off, but it doesn’t affect the characteristics that much. People are comparing it to tensors like if it has signs of wearing it is almost dead rubber and usually...
  9. Have you "successfully" learned Ma Long's Forehand technique?

No, and I guess I never will. But I will try to spin the ball hard as I can with my forehand and prepare myself for the next one - that’s it for me for the years to come🫡
  10. how much rest is necessary?

Very individual thing, especially when we are talking bout amateurs. I know amateurs that are training almost every day for multiple hours, actually I’m one of them, even with some serious injuries I still can handle pretty big amount of training volume. For most people I would say from two to...
  11. Feedback on my loops against backspin

You will be having kind of normal stroke if it would be more upward to lift down spin and the one your are doing is looking more like a regular backhand loop. You need to spin/brush more - to get more of an arc and safety. That’s why partially your strokes are so inconsistent. It’s okay to...
  12. Reverse Pendelum Serve vs Hook Serve

Yes he is, when his pendulum obviously works really bad. Just watch more matches of him and more closely
  13. Reverse Pendelum Serve vs Hook Serve

A lot more players using it time to time - Wang Chuqin, Lin Gaoyuan, Noshad Alamiyan, Freitas, Harimoto using it quite often
  14. Reverse Pendelum Serve vs Hook Serve

RP is working really well - there is something with the curve of the ball that is causing troubles to opponents and making it harder to read amount of spin and variations of it. I surprised by this serve even some pro players I’m not talking bout regular club guys, that are very often even don’t...
  15. Does training in the basement make sense?

I have a robot and a tt table in my apartment, but I only have used robo for once, and put it away. I’m using table exclusively for serve practice - all other part of the training I’m doing in the club. But if I had big basement - no doubt I would using the crap out of the robot too 🫡
  16. Burned 2k cals playing table tennis yesterday

Cool! Сutler is a beast - one of the goats for sure
  17. Dignics 05 vs. 09c question.

D80 is not lasting longer than D09c, it has softer more gentle top sheet so it tend to shrink more and I never had a shrink D09c and I used more than 20 sheets on a different blades. Short game D09c also better, but still D80 is a great rubber - one of my favourites 👌🏻
  18. Burned 2k cals playing table tennis yesterday

About 6%, I also hugely dehydrated - but this is competitive physique on a stage for nationals. There is no need for such things, if we talking about health in general 😌
