The Vita Pro appears to be very similar to DHS Hurricane Long 3. It even has the red inner wood layer similar to Long 3. I would expect it to be faster than the Fextra if the speed is same as Long 3. And the Fextra should be slightly slower than the Parla.

You might want to look into the Nittaku S-5. This chart might be useful for identifying Nittaku blades to your liking, but I wouldn't rely on it being too accurate.

The bounce test only measures bounce at a certain ball speed. This might take into account only the rubber's interaction with the top layer. And there might not be enough force to activate the carbon layers. So it may be slower on low impact shots but much faster on harder impact shots...
