  1. Butterfly Zyre 03

By all indications, he has had his best results with the rubber on his backhand and you think he is going to regret the change? Seriously?
  2. Fan Zhendong is joining 1. FC Saarbrücken next season

Someone asked me on another thread (I believe it was @Airoc how thick a sponge i want given the limits. I know even with thr current topsheets, some pros get as much as 2.5mm. It's quire possible that players get a bit more sponge if they have the clout. I know this is true for Gewo but I...

Seeing Yan Guo who won last year play again this year, the answer is obvious even if you think Zhu could beat the MLTT players.

  7. Anyone notice Fan Zhendong using red rubber on forehand

Just heard from someone that the common story is that he wasn't happy with Dignics 09c on his backhand. I guess qe will find out what is really driving all this in time.
  8. Anyone notice Fan Zhendong using red rubber on forehand

FZD is doing the world a service with this adjustment regardless, some experts like to pretend there is no way an advanced Hurricane user can like D09c on the forehand because boosted Hurricane is just sooooo different. Those experts, while right in some theoretical sense, have now been...

  12. ETTU Champions League Men 2025/26

Fan Zhendong is boosting TT attendance in Europe as always... between possibly letting thr world know that D09c is not worse than Hurricane and playing as a reigning Olympic and National Games Champion in Europe, he might do more for TT than a lot of visionary administrators.

  14. Nittaku Fastarc G-1+G-1 or G-1+C-1?

Sometimes, it comes down to feeling. I know strong players who liked C1 on both sides and I have used C1 on both sides as well. But if you clearly prefer the feeling of G1, it can be used in both sides for sure. The differences in spong hardness are not that great (but they are meaningful for...

  16. US Open Table Tennis Championships-2025 (16–21 December 2025)

I think it was in Ontario, California the last two years or something. Or at least the period when Jinbao won. I used to go to Nationals a few years when it was in Vegas so I know that dynamic though I hear it is slightly different now and that everything isn't subsidized by gambling like it...

  20. US Open Table Tennis Championships-2025 (16–21 December 2025)

Ryan Lin is not on the US National team for seniors. So it says something about Chulong Nie's range which is not dissimilar to many pips players... unless someone found a way to make him use correct rubbers lol...
