It was exactly the same against Kanak. Kanak looked like a snail while he tends to be faster than other players. Felix the Flash Lebrun.

  9. HOT DAMN !!! This coach teaches FH Slow/Heavy loop exactly every key point Der_Echte values !!!

The effectiveness is always level relative - most strokes don't lose their effectiveness at any level, the issue is the quality of that stroke required to play at that level goes up. So things like speed, spin, placement. deception etc. all have to be better to get the opponent to make mistakes.
  10. Questions for Dimitrij Ovtcharov and Lee Sang Su

For Dima: why did he pick the team Fulda in the Bundesliga? OR how did he get to that team in general? For Lee: How does he keep himself going and how did he develop his big backhand (it is not as compact as most modern backhands)?
  11. WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 - 11-16 Mar 2025

Would never have believed that Hugo would struggle with Lee Sang Su, sometimes it is a reminder of how beastly Lee can be...

  13. Receive short topspin or dead ball ?

If you are truly 1000 and playing against similar level opponents, it is unlikely that the serves are truly short and dead, they tend to be easy to attack at the level with practice attacking long and half long serves. The problem that most inexperienced players have is judging the ball...
  14. WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 - 11-16 Mar 2025

The point here is that declaring that one player has surpassed another on the basis of inconclusive factors is for you to make (my WR point was to consider all the evidence, I think Uda is on an upward trend and may pass Togami soon for sure). I don't think Uda can beat Lebrun and that is the...

  17. WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 - 11-16 Mar 2025

Well, we will give them time to let the rankings decide. I guess Uda is also higher ranked than Togami now since he is clearly better with his 2024 stats...

H3 without booster isn't great but it is playable.
  19. WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 - 11-16 Mar 2025

Citing 2015 matches, your analysis never ceases to amaze. Alexis is probably the best player in Europe right now. Duda is good but I would not put him there. Togami>Uda is just as reasonable a conclusion. After all, Alexis destroyed Duda much worse than he destroyed Togami.
  20. WTT Champions Chongqing 2025 - 11-16 Mar 2025

Yeah, we have all been on both sides of such losses. Close to winning with match points or good leads in game 3 but losing in 5. It sucks even more than an 0-3 loss sometimes. And he was containing the Uda forehand well up to then.
