  1. Revenge of the Hobby Player!

Looks like she found Aruna's Achilles heel! :-)
  2. Truls using new stuff from Stiga in Yokohama

Lol, according Stiga's own website, Helix55 speed/spin/control ratings are 178/142/55 while Dragon Power 55's are 162/146/55. So Helix is faster, less spinny and yet offers same control ...¯\_(ツ)\_/¯
  3. Why so much hate against boosters?

Of course it is a minority issue since only a minority of all players play tournaments. But if you do play tournaments regularly and have a habit of always checking your opponent's bat before playing them, you'd see signs of boosting more often than one would expect. Funnily enough, the mx-p...
  4. How to deal with high risk strategies

If he is more comfortable than you at the pushing game and smashes your opening loops, then there wasn't any switch to "high-risk high-reward" strategy. From his point of view, he found your weakness and exploited it. Work on your opening loops and try to land them as deep and as low as...
  5. Europe Smash Sweden August 14-24 2025

Adrian Rassenfosse v Liam Pitchford - 3:0. Wow.
  6. TESTING ZHANG JIKE'S TABLE TENNIS BAT!

I want to try whatever the Dane was using when he went 9:7 against ZJK and made his opponent sweat like an over-40 player 🤣
  7. TESTING ZHANG JIKE'S TABLE TENNIS BAT!

Dan has lost the last semblance of credibility as a TT equipment reviewer. Claiming that a 50 degree esn rubber is suitable for "those who are still learning the strokes"... come on.
  8. "This rubber is not correct!"

From the video description: Tibhar Grass D.TecS Acid Green OX
  9. "This rubber is not correct!"

Never saw a pro player fall apart like this against LPs. It's like watching a local league match. P.S.: Reaction of a clubmate who uses LPs: "I only play for moments like this..."
  10. WTT Champions Japan 2025 - 7-11 Aug 2025

Nittaku balls feel harder and heavier and harder to spin than anything else and seem to disadvantage spinny loopers, imo.
  11. I'm looking for an alternative rubber that lasts longer than the Tibhar Hybrid K3.

My bad. I swear my eyes saw "session" :-) Time to visit specsavers ...
  12. I'm looking for an alternative rubber that lasts longer than the Tibhar Hybrid K3.

Not in my experience. https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/topics/xiom-c55-impressions-and-comparison-with-h3n.34868/post-525087 Here is one that "has been used for one session": https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/177127126300
  13. I'm looking for an alternative rubber that lasts longer than the Tibhar Hybrid K3.

Neither of the 2 sheets of nuzn 50 I played with had been able to lift the ball at all. I'm not not the only person making this observation. https://www.tabletennisdaily.com/forum/topics/andro-nuzn-50-and-55.33827/post-463369...
  14. I'm looking for an alternative rubber that lasts longer than the Tibhar Hybrid K3.

Except that nuzn is nothing like K3/A1/C55, etc. It is not even barely tacky. As to Dignics 09C, it's topsheet durability is basically the same as K3/A1/C55.
  15. FS: [ALL BLADES SOLD]

    Calix 2 sold.
  16. Nexy Spira H

On a slightly unrelated note, nexy.com now offers a full custom blade making service. Discovered it yesterday, when trying to find out more about Spira H.
  17. stiga product catalog in English?

Nope, that's basically a flat view of their website.
  18. stiga product catalog in English?

Does anyone have a link to the current Stiga table tennis catalog pdf or flipbook in English? Cannot find it anywhere on https://www.stigasports.com/en-gb and my google searches either find ancient versions from 2018 or in Japanese (e.g. https://stigasports.jp/catalog) , Chinese, French, etc -...
