  7. Anyone Know What Pips This Player Is Using?

it doesn't look like pimples. look closely at 3:14 probably some type of anti with attacking capabilities. to be honest, coming from a guy who has used lp, sp, anti..... they should just ban them all and make a federation of inverted. if your level is low and you have to lose then so be it. but...

  11. I Played Vs World Number 11 Sabine Winter!

antispin is much slower than any lp. the idea is to leave the ball short -> the other guy can't loop so he pushes long with his inverted rubber -> you start looping and win the point this is the only purpose of the antispin really..... to leave the ball short. for any other type of chop or hit...

this guy is also very good. uses very similar rubber to yours.
  13. Beginner defender (LP chopper): equipment + tactics vs strong loopers?

I think ox offers more control, like any rubber without sponge. that's why most competitive players use it. check out this guy, one of the best ox lp choppers if you want to change everything just choose a player you like and copy his equipment. you like gustaf ericson, just search for his...
  14. Beginner defender (LP chopper): equipment + tactics vs strong loopers?

I would keep the blade for now. also the fh rubber. you also need to attack. just change the lp to any ox lp you like. most decent lp players use ox and it's supposed to be the easiest for chopping and also highest reversal effect.
  15. New to PIPS! Some questions!

it's all relative in the end. there was a guy here who played lp ox with a gergely alpha. and he was pretty good, used to beat me.
  16. New to PIPS! Some questions!

backs my theory that high level is just a weird cult. you are telling me levenko can't loop a simple push with the pimples to his fh? that's like a super novice amateur level. yet somehow he is playing world tour
  17. New to PIPS! Some questions!

I've been playing with grass a couple times lately. 1.2mm sponge. it's not easy to control coming from inverted. also the better players seem unbothered by it. blocking it depends, if it's a slow loop it's fine. but a hard loop like a drive it's very hard to block. maybe that's why there are no...
  18. New to PIPS! Some questions!

maybe something like manika batra is what you imagine she plays tibhar grass ox viscaria blade the dornenglanz ox is used by a chopper from sweden (gustaf ericson) the third option you also have it in this last video. the antitop. that is used by markus johanson.
  19. New to PIPS! Some questions!

you there's no easier or more difficult. you will have to learn to play again, new strokes, new placement, new angles. if you want something you can use your current base then short pimples is what you want. but as far as feeling goes ox is the farthest from inverted. the more sponge the more...
