  1. Need rubbers suggestions for Primorac Japan

Indeed. I also find it hard to imagine how a 95 gram blade plus rubbers should ever be sufficiently accelerated with the training effort usually associated with that rating level, but people are different and some have no issues with such heavy blades.
  2. TIBHAR Felix Lebrun Hyper Carbon blade. Is it a good choice for young players who want a fast, offensive style of play?

Maybe some of them let you play with it, so you can get your own impression. Generally, if you want to play fast, use fast material. But also generally - without having played with this particular blade but way enough similar constrcutions - even though it´s a carbon inside constrcution, for a...
  3. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

The descriptions are confusing. The sponge is a combination of both technologies according to some German information. They way they put it, it would seem that there are different options. As for the "High-grip to slightly sticky", this refers to what they´ve tested over the years, still...
  4. Tibhar Infinity MX-P and MX-S will be released on May 11!

... would make them a new rubber altogether, rather than a further development. ;) This corresponds with what an insider had to say about them in 2021, when he was kind enough to also post pictures of the MX-P version a German forum "But the Infinity rubbers are definitely not a successor or...
  5. Sabine Winter switches to antispin

This is especially true for lower levels. People admit to their weaknesses and use pips/anti, and all of a sudden they have an advantage over people who have their weakness playing against pips/anti. The higher the level, the more you actually have to have an idea of how to play with the...
  6. How to qualify for bundesliga divisions 1 or 2

https://ttc-bietigheim-bissingen.de/tsu They have a third league team of their own and good contacts. Could be a place to start. https://www.topspin-sport.de/home/performance-tt-academy/ Head coach Tom Wetzel, former first league player and coach of Bavarian association, very experienced
  7. What is the closest ESN equivalent to Spring Sponge nowadays?

I think K.K. is right. There is a distinctive "Japanese" feeling, and then there is the Butterfly feeling. It´s all hard to pin down, but numerous t05 players stick to their rubber because it gives them that particular feeling. Also, after such a long time, they know exactly how much of what to...
  8. Zyre-03 2.5 vs DNA Platinum XH vs Helix Platinum XH

For me, Helix is currently the top non-Hybrid ESN rubber. There wasn´t much of a development in that field during the last few years, as everybody was going hybrid for all player levels. It seems Stiga benefits from a player who wants to stick to "normal" so they have to push the level there ;)
  9. Chinese equivalent to my current Victas/Butterfly combination

Blades might be less of a task than finding rubbers that a) rival the performance of tenergy rubbers b) provide an equal feeling to that of tenergy rubbers For European rubbers, a) is not a big problem, while b) still is Chinese rubbers should be even further away when it comes to the feeling.
  10. help me to choose my backhand rubber, NUZN 45 or Thibar MK FX ?

NUZN 48 and 45 use the technology of NUZN 55 and 50, with reduced power but identical durability, different sponge thicknesses, at a lower price. So if you like 48, expect more of everything. ;)
  11. Boosting Hybrid K3

Well, that might not help ;) But Hybrid rubbers fade quicker than "normal" Tensor rubbers. C-Rasanters are no exception, but from all I have heard (and seen with hardly used rubbers...) K3 is the worst.
  12. Why so much hate against boosters?

True for speed glueing, but I´ve seen pro players boost their rubbers with baby oil, so any harmfulness discussion was dead in the water for booster ;)
  13. Boosting Hybrid K3

Maybe that, and maybe also the initial stickiness already fading.

  16. Mattias Karlsson...

He´s Karlsson everywhere except for German Bundesliga*, where they found it difficult to change the name mid-season. God forbid someboy married... *It really sounds like a joke, but they didn´t have a procedure. Also his club struggled with the apparel, since that is not run of the mill and...
  17. Playing in limited space

That seems awkward in such limited space. For practice, two players could play parallel, the other two diagonal, then change. This way, you could practice pretty much any shot. I have a comparable situation at home and find it difficult to play matches, because you have to adapt to the...
  18. GEWO Lineup

I doubt this, since HY-Q is an attractively priced "middle-class" series at 49.95 and these Gewo are 69.90, which makes them the GEWO top product, in price at least. Should be something more performant, like a more sticky Nexxus or less sticky Codexx. NUZN would spring to mind, but Andro...
  19. Closed heavy STIGA Clipper ST

MX-P is going elsewhere, Helix can still be sold with the blade, 45 plus shipping.
