Was able to use my EL-D on a Loki W-01 blade, which is yet another Viscaria/TB ALC type blade. EL-D is great, love the feel, it feels like what I would call the "innerforce" of rubbers. Gives you the soft touch, duller bounce on passive shots and the punch and catapult on active shots. Love this...

Performance-wise I have no complaints but the finishing on the blade is terrible, sharp edges on the wings. You'll really have to sand it down.

729 Yellow is basically their take on the W968 or HL5. Nice feel, sufficient speed and immense control. Even with fast, hard ESN rubbers it still performs great. I used Tibhar Evolution MX-D and EL-S on backhand it played really well with that combo.

I got a Loki W81 Pro ZLC which is basically Limba outer ply, inner zlc that I'm trying. I'll try this for a bit, if I don't like it, I'll buy a new C45 :sneaky:

Interesting insights. They still make the C45 right? I might buy a new one then. :D If the C45 feels more controlled than inner composite blades then I might as well stick to the C45, anyway my strokes and the rubbers are enough for speed and kick.
