That's pretty much what I do as well! However, using your body as well (turning into the ball) makes the stroke even more powerful! I currently play 2 sided penhold, but I used to play with Jpen so I know how to TPB pretty well. Timing the ball is also SUPER important, do NOT hit the ball too...

I'd prefer Yinhe because of the much superior rubbers. Sanwei's GREAT rubbers are few but Yinhe has quite a few. As for blades, the T5000 tops out almost all cheap Yinhe blades, but overall Yinhe's blades are more consistently good. But, I would say that Sanwei is the cheaper brand overall...

Based on the first video, (I'm not good at equipment tips) but I think some sort of Tensor/Hybrid will do well. MX-P may be a good option, considering that your stroke is small with quick reload time (forgot the term lol).
