Yes the quality is really fine, and the blue sponge is quite different from the Pro versions orange. I felt that it needs some booster to really come alive, and it's some more layers than H3 needs.

I'd use some booster. It wont make the rubber that different. Better than a too small rubber that will act a bit different because of the shrinkage.

Joola Dynaryz ACC demands very little swing to perform a really spinny backhand loop. Good control properties in this rubber as well, and it's not as bouncy like many other tensor rubbers.

Any table tennis glue. I use TT Revolution No.3 glue as I find it to not dry until I'm finished smearing it out, and it's really easy to peel off.

They can alter the tackiness any way they want to. Just look at the difference between 729 - Battle and 729 - Battle Max Pro. Battle is totally untacky and Battle Max Pro is super tacky, and still have the same ITTF approval number.
