Yes it might do a little difference after all. Nothing I actually noticed, but some players might be more sensitive to these things. :)

Go for a nice cheap 5-ply allround wooden blade like Sanwei Echo that Lazer recommended or Sanwei Accumulator S. LOKI Kirin K2, Haitian AW-002 or somehing like this. Check out 729 Cross General rubbers. Really good performance for the money and a good upgrade for you I think.

I feel that the Asia is harder and less elastic top sheet. Perhaps faster than China, but China gives more spin and effect when brushing the ball.

The European rubbers use to be more expensive than in Europe from what I recall. I would never buy something from this shop. I'd say that you'll get some bad 1$ rubber in a fancy packing :)
