I really quite like it. It has a great feeling of speed, control, and stability. But it is overrated in the sense that it isn't really all that much better than G1 or something.

I would just boost it a bit more. I boosted a sheet of LAC 2 weeks ago, and I gotta say the improvement in performance was quite notable. I think it also didn't quite curl as much as other rubbers. LAC tends to curl up inward, so the outward curl after boosting isn't as pronounced.

This may be the rubber I am most excited about in a while. Are all the colors the same 40d hardness?

I think boosted LAC is maybe the best FH rubber for me. It was good unboosted, but actually quite a bit better boosted

@mattlamperouge Can you ask Loki what rubber the LA-C is based off? Is it in fact just a lac or some other one?

Innterforce is more geared towards topspin-topspin rallies, quick reactions, blocks, drives. Long 5 is longer and larger, it is better for deep loops, looping pushes and chops, heavy counters, etc. I would go with the long 5 imo.

IMO and experience, definitely Long 5 is better. 5x is too stiff and thick core, it doesn't catch the ball well. If you are using a high dwell Chinese rubber like H3 Blue sponge, then it is still OK. But almost any other rubber is better with Long 5. Many blades I have tried with the same...

Biggest difference is the throw angle. LAC is higher angle, more common angle. Battle 2 has lower angle, but I think grabs the ball better. A very advanced player might prefer Battle 2.

Almost all the ESN hybrid I have tried are basically the same to me: Dragon Grip, Dynaryz ZGR, Omega China, etc. Bluegrip C2 does seem a bit slower than the first 3. If K3 Pro is also the same kind of 55d ESN Hybrid, my guess is that it is very similar.

I have only tried Taiji booster and Haifu Seamoon, but they both seemed to work fine. 1 or 2 layers is fine. D09c is already a pretty fast rubber, so booster doesn't have the same level of transformation that it does on some Chinese rubbers. My friend used Falco, but it didn't seem to work well.

hehe, I feel I get much more control and fault tolerance with boosted rubber.
