Not better or worse just different imo. G09C is indeed essentially a toned down version of D09C, but my reasoning behind recommending Glayzer over G09C is that if you aren't used to tacky rubbers, it may feel odd and not to your liking.

I think the only blade that Butterfly still makes with T5000 which is similar in composition is the SK Carbon. Not sure how either of them play though so ymmv

Depends on what you want to do with them. Cheap Chinese pips like Globe 979, Palio CK531A are fine for some chopping, but they really excel at chopblock/hit. Japanese pips are the best for dedicated chopping

I like heavier blades but I also like blades with a softer surface for pips, gives me better control. A hard and stiff blade will act more threatening but a soft but stiff blade will give better stability and predictable response. If you're playing single sided ph, go for the heavier sample

It's pretty obviously fake. First off the quality control on the finishing is nowhere near that of a real Butterfly. Second the handle and head shape is pretty different than a legit FZD.
