  1. Does anyone play with a torn rotator cuff?

I don't have this exact problem. Mine was mainly the elbow, but after two years of injections and rehab I went to see an osteopath. He said. "No, this is the way you should rehab" and I felt a great difference already the second day, and I'm better and better since then. Go see an osteopath.
  2. DHS H8-80 vs H3-50 vs Nittaku H3PTO

H8-80 is a quite bouncy rubber with good speed and a soft feeling. H3-50 is quite dead compared to the normal H3 and H8-80. Soft and controllable. H3PTO I haven't tried, but I guess that it's quite like the DHS H3 rubber series. Much harder than the other two other rubbers. What are you are...
  3. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Yep. There's a kick that I really can't explain, but I feel that it's the combination of the top sheet and the sponge when brushing the ball really hard...
  4. Why doesn't TT11 H3 have hardness options?

    What rubber do you mean?
  5. Why doesn't TT11 H3 have hardness options?

Well. That's an old stock then, or they might be lazy updating their rubber info. The last years I have only got specific hardness in degrees.
  6. Why doesn't TT11 H3 have hardness options?

I got this from DHS Overseas Sales Department in November 2021. "Regarding the hardness of rubbers, we used to use generic words to specify the hardness for overseas mkt, but starting late 2020, we have decided to terminate this kind of products. Thus, from TT11 or from Aliexpress, you should...
  7. Why doesn't TT11 H3 have hardness options?

Well. I get them all specified in 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 deg. All the older markings are supposedly older rubbers still being in stock at other retailers...
  8. Why doesn't TT11 H3 have hardness options?

Yes. It's true. DHS have gone from the Soft/Medium/Hard to offer hardness by numbers outside China as well for the last two years or so. I got this from DHS directly so I guess it's so. :)
  9. Life, Existence, and the Meaning of Long Pips - The Opus Maximus of James Z

I was curious so I actually checked it out with the ITTF. They said that they can't check the sponge, so you can actually add any sponge you like to a top sheet as long as the thickness of the rubber top sheet is max 2,05mm and the combined thickness of the sponge and top sheet is max 4.05mm.
  10. Best and fastest rubbers for a beginner

"...simple understanding of spin" I guess this is someone that have been playing for 1-2 years perhaps? A faster rubber with little spin sensitivity is Palio AK47 Yellow. Or perhaps 729 Focus III Snipe 44deg. Really nice rubbers, and faster than the standard Chinese rubbers, when playing more...
  11. Who's your favorite tt retailer?

Thank you. :) And yes. Spinfactory is really great :)
  12. Who's your favorite tt retailer?

Thank you. Super nice feedback :)
  13. How to play vs double Pips out?

The best is to play very "flat" and un-spinny as your opponent thrives on your spin and looping game.
  14. Life, Existence, and the Meaning of Long Pips - The Opus Maximus of James Z

ITTF only approves the top sheet in different colors. You could use any sponge you want with an OX top sheet. One approved top sheet could have different properties if used with different sponges, creating a new product. An example is the 729 Battle rubber which is totally untacky. The top sheet...
  15. Soft rubbers suggestions - cheaper alternatives to Vega Europe

Pimplepark Epos is nice and light weight also
  16. Equipment you want Dan and Tom to review?

Yep. They just have to work a bit when playing with real rubbers ;) But it would be fun to see :)
  17. Suggestion needed for Jr player

729 Presto Max Spin is a nice rubber and not that heavy. About 45 grams cut to a normal blade.
  18. Soft rubbers suggestions - cheaper alternatives to Vega Europe

I think you should start practicing your backhand with a softer, slower rubber that isn't too spin sensitive, as you need to build up the technique. After a while you might want to go more advanced. That's just my thought. Check out Palio AK47 Blue or 729 Focus III Snipe 42deg.
  19. Modern rubber similar to Joola energy X-tra.

Check out the Joola Rhyzen Ice. It might be something that could work. Or the Pimplepark Epos to be more economic.
  20. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

Hi. It's usually around 51-54 grams in my experience, cut to a normal sized blade.
