I don't think it is. I had some Dignics 05 quite recently and they were not sealed, so I'm quite sure the Tenergy rubbers aren't as well.

I use it boosted nowadays, but it works really fine unboosted too. I feel that with the booster it's too soft to be a really good FH rubber, but unboosted it used to work great for FH as well. My BH likes the 38deg in the boosted state :)

You can play in multiple ways with the Big Dipper. It's a really nice allround rubber with the ability to attack and spin the ball like crazy. Brushing is the ultimate way to get the most out of it, and the control is great. :)

I have a Presto Max Spin that shrunk a bit, and I added a couple of layers of the TT REvolution No.3 booster to the sponge, and it got the bounce back and added a bit of soft feeling it din't have before. And it got a bit bigger again. Perhaps it will work the same with your Presto Speed?

I think you should check out Yinhe Big Dipper 38 or 39 deg. It's an "almost" hybrid, but more like Chinese rubbers. Boost it a bit, and it's very nice. It will help you keep your returns shorter, and offers superb spin properties. It's also quite cheap, so why not try it out?

Well. The H3N 37º is much softer. I recall comparing BD 38º to H3N 39º/40º, and compared to them, it's softer and slower. That's why I thought that BD 38º could be a good substitute for H3N 37º.
