ha ha ... yes ... his weapon of choice is spin ... and its a lot of spin ! ... when Samsonov has trouble blocking it , you know its something ! .... you hardly ever see that with Vladi ..

Dan just played with him for the TB ALC Review and he said his paddle had regular Tenergy 05 ... I am not sure its the rubber , he always had a lot of spin ... he is focussing on precision and strategy and he keeps getting better and better the more he plays .. I don't think he has played longer...

Dima was making a lot of unforced errors , even on his backhand , thats why he could never claw his way back into the match after losing the first set ...

Timo vs Samsonov was a better match than the finals ... Vladi put up a lot of fight .. Timo is just unstoppable right now ! He is not missing anything !
