A small spray bottle with water. Use very little. And a normal cleaning sponge (don't use the rough side). Do this a couple of times even during training/games and put it in a plastic bag after. This keeps my sticky rubbers sticky for years...

Two quite good lightweight rubbers are 61 Second Lightning DS (1,5mm-2,2mm) (H36-38) and 729 Presto Spin/Speed (2,1mm) (H42-44). 61 Second Lightning DS is a bit softer and a bit tacky. 729 Presto is non-tacky and has a "Macro porous sponge" that makes it a bit faster. Really nice looping rubber.
